適合有車人仕 無車應該不會選擇此間 環境需好 但剛好出門遇見一女子神智不清在我房門前 到晚上回來 見她坐在酒店外車場 服務人只有禮貌 房間亦清潔 只不過會有餅乾碎留在房間的梳化上

We have just returned from a weekend stay at this hotel after we were in Swansea for a Sci fi convention the reception staff were friendly and no problem checking in we didn't book breakfast on the Sunday as we were not able to due the time we had to be at the venue the room was clean and tidy the only problem was we couldn't open the window and the wifi didn't work but that didn't spoil our stay there are places to eat which are three minutes away we only had breakfast on the monday which was very nice it would be good if the rooms had a small fridge like they do in the primer plus rooms as that would be useful and add a nice touch we hope to be back in the future

Enjoyable stay. This Premier Inn hotel proved to be excellent in most areas. Hotel is in good condition with clean bedrooms and a pleasant bright and spacious area for breakfast and dinner. Convenient large carpark. Check in was slightly longer than usual on this occasion and signage to the hotel we thought was lacking however we would book again without hesitation if in the area. Usual comfy beds and bathrooms and good heating controls easy to use and efficient. Would recommend.

The hotel is as all Premier Inn's. Comfy, clean. Smelt stale though. The real problem is their Brewers Fayre restaurant. I booked on arrival at the hotel but getting to the restaurant, found I was offered a table in the middle of a queue of people. There were literally two rows of people either side of this table, waiting to give their orders to the bar. I asked for a different table but was told there wasn't one. I pointed to the ten or so tables to my left and was advised they were bar tables. I asked if they could be used for food and was told no. They were next to the restaurant tables and were the same as the restaurant tables, but the computer says no! AVOID THIS HOTEL! And if you have to stay, I recommend the fish and chip shop across the road. Great food, lovely staff.

Awesome staff and environment. Everyone here is so supportive. Really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are clean and food in restaurant is too good. I would highly recommend this place if someone is coming for Business or family trip. Would love to come again.

As part of a group of 4 that originally booked for 3 nights but had to extend twice by 2 nights each time, I found this hotel to be excellent. From the greeting, advice given and service, the staff were brilliant. Rooms spotless. I recommend this hotel when visiting Swansea.

Excellent budget hotel. Spotless rooms. Really excellent staff. Can get breakfast and dinner on site. Free parking. Nice area, and handy for Swansea. The staff are a credit to you. If you’re looking for a well located, clean, friendly hotel at Swansea without breaking the bank, take it from me - this one is what you want.

Very comfortable hotel. The staff are really, really amazing. We initially booked 2 rooms for 3 nights, and had to extend by a further 2 nights, and further extend by another 2 nights. The people working at this hotel should be ambassadors for Premier Inns.

Well, well. An excellent hotel. It has excellent links to the m4 and swansea. The hotel itself is clean and tidy with free parking and WiFi. Staff are warm and friendly especially Wendy. She is lovely all the staff are. Just a few issues are the neighbouring rooms bathroom are Loud and we could not hear the tv in our room. There is mold starting to grow at the windows that's because you can't open them.
