호텔 퀄리텔 플러스(Hotel Qualitel Plus)

Staff should improve on being friendly and attentive to guests. Otherwise lobby is nice looking and room is ok.

I liked the location. It was very convenient just to walk to the city center, to all the museums and restaurants. Also, the hotel personnel were very helpful and courteous. I did not like the breakfast that they served. I think if they going to offer breakfast, they should have a variety of choices not a fix menu because at the end the customer end it up paying for it.

The property did not had a fan or air. It had a windo but with out a screen so mosquitos got inside the room. We had to keep the window close to stop the mosquitos an

We are 2 gest and no sharing enaf drinking water, the shower towels are very old. The Hotel is Ok .. the Breakfast is a fraud $

La habitación era sumamente pequeña y el drenaje del baño apestaba horrible. No había siquiera un ventilador para ahuyentar los zancudos. En el restaurante ni los buenos días te daban, llegaban automáticamente a darte el platillo que había sin dar oportunidad a que uno preguntara por opciones. El ruido era mucho, se escuchaban los demás huéspedes, el personal de limpieza gritando, etc…

El Hotel está bien, pero en la atención no, ponen una botellita de agua de 250 mi para 3 personas y un jabón de baño también para 3 personas, 2 días no hubo agua caliente, está bien ubicado

Está muy bien ubicada y buena relación precio calidad. El personal es amable. Su único punto negativo, es que no envían factura. La solicité 2 veces y todavía no la recibo

No oloa mal ni nada, pero no daba la impresora de estar linpio. El problema principal fue que nonhubo agua caliente en la regadera, esryve marcando a recepción y jamás contestaron, tuve que vestirme y bajar para comentarlo, me dijeron que estaba fallando la caldera y que la iban a prender, que les diera 10 minutos; pero jamas hubo agua caliente.

todo me parecio en perfectas condiciones y cumplio con mis expectativas.
