excellent location, clean, plenty space.

完美的入住體驗。入住與餐廳購物在加油站旁邊。住宿則拐進林中，私密性與安全性都很好。房間寬敞，設施完善，衞生良好。房間防潮保暖性很好，很安靜。服務人員很友好。在這裏看到了最美的星河！

Overall we were very pleased with the hotel. The rooms were spacious, the staff was very friendly, the food was excellent. Our only complaint is the lack of Wifi in the rooms. Please consider adding Wifi service in the future. For some of us, it is very important to be able to reach family if needed in case of an emergency. The Wifi in the lodge was very fast but it would be much better to have access in the cabins.

Great location very close to the South entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The rooms in the cabins are basic but ok. The main problem is that there's no wifi in the cabins, only at the main lodge.

We checked into our King Deluxe cabin and noticed a stain and hair on the bedsheets. Clearly the sheets were NOT changed between stays. Since there was no other king cabin available, we were moved to a double queen and had to sleep in a smaller bed than we paid for. Not worth the price we paid, even after the discount we received from the lodge. One star.

I did not think the room reflected the price paid. $310/night. It was not upgraded at all. Showed much wear and tear. Was not particularly clean, especially the bathroom. No tv. While we did not anticipate spending time watching tv, it would have been nice to be able to catch news and weather, since internet was sporadic at best. I don’t think the information and pictures on ******* accurately reflected the reality of the property. The staff was nice and the restaurant (only one around) was very good though.

The heat in our cabin didn’t work. We did not realize until middle of night. The only response from staff was to ask why we didn’t call them. Cabin appeared clean but did not smell clean. Restaurant was great. Felt like it was overpriced. First night we had a deluxe king cabin, second night cabin with two full/queen beds. We paid approx $150 more for 1 large bed, refrigerator and microwave.

My GPS took me to a different location 30 minutes away. I thought this was a lodge, but it is individual cabins. They are nice, but no TV or internet in the cabins. Coffee shop was great, restaurant was great. Location is convenient. Overall nice place to stay when exploring the national parks.

The cabin were huge with very comfortable beds & great pillows. They provided outdoor lectures in the evening. Very close to Yellowstone entrance as well being in the Tetons. The dinig lodge was very attractive but I must say the buffet eyes, French toast & potatoes were very dried out & not eatable. The main reason were the heating lights over the food. They need to have lids or foil wrap over the food. Order breakfast from the menu. Otherwise our stay was very good.
