Terrible, terrible, terrible, all around do NOT book here even if it was the last place in MTL. This place is less “boutique hotel” and more “crime scene with Wi-Fi.” Let’s start with the ambiance: we opened the door and were immediately slapped in the face by the ghost of many cigarettes. Nothing says “relaxing getaway” like eau de ashtray. The AC? Oh, it works-if your idea of climate control involves a steady leak that turns your room into a Slip ’N Slide. We had to use a pot and two out of 6 towels to deal with the constant mess. Broken toaster, which was reported and they did nothing about it. Towels, you only get max 6 for your entire stay, of which we burned 2 to managed the AC leak. Then we were told we could get more but they never bothered to drop them off, so I either had to wait 30min for towels or go upstairs to a different unit to get more myself. The washroom, smelled of sewage the entire time we were there, and the complete absence of hand soap and hand towels. But the real highlight? The staff! Equal parts untrained and unhinged. Mention a problem and they morph into yelling banshees. Ever been scolded for politely asking about water damage? I have. I continuously asked about compensation for all the issues and disruption and they told me I would have to wait until Monday post our stay to find out. I am still waiting for a response but based on others reviews I might not get it. Bottom line, this is a horrible place and not worth all the hassle.

All in all I would return. The cleaning crew didn’t have the room ready for check in time and forgot to leave bath towels. They were very nice, hard working people. The room was clean and the location fantastic. The air conditioning wasn’t very optimal. There was a place for a washer and dryer but no appliances, which would have been nice.

- 1 toilet roll for 4 pax. Asking for more: didn’t supply - no microwave - poor cutlery set : 4 sets , no more - poor kitchen utensils: only 1 pot - no washer pods.

We asked fir a small pot and pan, were told it would be delivered by 11am the next day, which was already kind of late but we never got it.

Unpleasant Experience Our problems started at check-in. When we reached the property we found a locked door and no reception. when we called the contact number we were told we didn't have a reservation even though it was fully paid for. We finally got into the apartment almost 2 hours later, after several phone calls to the property and **********. After this fiasco, the real issue was inside the apartment, even though it was clean we found several woodlice on the bed and on the floor. Needless to say we didn't get a good night's sleep in four nights. Also, the Wifi was spotty and almost nonexistent..

Great location, short walk to subway, right next to the waterfront and right in the middle of Old Montreal. Note- minimal amenities. Dish soap and dishwasher provided, otherwise plan on bringing/purchasing your own hand soap, toiletries.

Great location in old Montreal. Overall, we liked the open concept of the unit, but no door between bathroom and bedroom made privacy impossible.

Nobody on site to resolve an issue, and we had a few. The communication with the hotel through the app was very frustrating and not helpful at all. The main issue was a Mouse that greeted us one night!!!! and smaller issue to my husband's frustration, TV not working. Batteries that we bought for the remote the next day did not fix a problem. We stayed with the mouse for the next 3 days and tried to get a picture of it running as that is what we were asked to do! Apartment itself was nice, clean modern and spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids, but only has limited things for cooking. That being said, even toilet paper is limited. Great location, next to Notre Dame, close to metro, grocery , dining, coffee shops. So, if you are not ready to deal with all this, I would not recommend the place

We had a very pleasant stay A few things would’ve made it a lot better one if we had all the amenities it states on the description and or have been provided them once we submitted a request. Also, a back up sewer smell in the bathroom was pretty bad. The place was dusty
