Nobody on site to resolve an issue, and we had a few. The communication with the hotel through the app was very frustrating and not helpful at all. The main issue was a Mouse that greeted us one night!!!! and smaller issue to my husband's frustration, TV not working. Batteries that we bought for the remote the next day did not fix a problem. We stayed with the mouse for the next 3 days and tried to get a picture of it running as that is what we were asked to do! Apartment itself was nice, clean modern and spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids, but only has limited things for cooking. That being said, even toilet paper is limited. Great location, next to Notre Dame, close to metro, grocery , dining, coffee shops.
So, if you are not ready to deal with all this, I would not recommend the place
