I enjoyed the friendliness of staff, the apt was clean and well stocked with items, communication was great regarding using the Sonder App, easy walking to all areas and Metro.

Beautiful property BUT there were no additional bedding (ie blankets, sheets) provided. I messaged them through the app and was told to check the bedrooms as they always have extra in the bedrooms. After checking I was told they could get me an extra blanket but it would be 12 hours because they were not staffed in the evening. The next day I got a message saying they DON’T provide extra bedding. The beds were not comfortable and given the back and forth about the extra bedding issue we left after the first night. After I told them we were leaving they showed up with a sheet and a mini heater but we had already packed up to leave.

The location was close to a lot of food/drink/shopping spots and very close to the metro to reach downtown. It was exactly as described and looked exactly as expected. The aesthetic was very modern and nice! Check in/out was very simple. There was a concierge at all times and access to the property was very easy. 10/10 would recommend and stay again:)

I loved how spacious the apartment was, the fully stocked kitchen, the quick responses on the app and the neighborhood surrounding our location. I will definitely look for Sonder first on my next trip.
