Bon emplacement avec parking, hôtel très propre

Piękne miejsce. Dużo terenu zielonego wokół hotelu. Duży basen przed hotelem. Pokoje duże, czyste. Śniadania bardzo bogate i zróżnicowane 🙂. Zawsze tu wracamy gdy jesteśmy w okolicy 🙂.

Only stayed 4 nights but found the hotel clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and accommodating. The hotel is perfectly placed between Pisa and Florence, so a great place to stay if visiting both, without the cost of the major towns. Superior room was comfy, with a huge bed, and the breakfast was varied and tasty. Staff were very understanding when I arrived back in England having taken their room key, which I hastily returned and am still very sorry about 😃

This hotel was perfectly located for exploring Lucca and Florence from the railway station at Montecatini Centro. Also, a few minutes walk from the funicular up to Alto, which has beautiful views. The breakfasts were average, but I had to thank the chef on his seafood risotto that I had one evening as it was best I have ever had! Rooms are clean with a terrific housekeeping team who were always friendly, chatting outside our room every morning. A lovely touch was having our bathrobes and slippers delivered to our room ahead of our spa treatments. The spa was good, with the usual facilities you’d expect. I had the scrub and massage, which was amazing. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay if I return to Montecatini Terme.

A very comfortable, clean and tidy hotel in an excellent location near the Parco delle Terme, a few hundred meters from the cable car to Montecatini Alto and a short walk from the centre. Spacious rooms with balcony and view, large bathroom, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, outdoor pool and indoor spa contribute to the quality. Free parking, very important. Definitely a good choice for a pleasant holiday in Montecatini Terme. Thanks for a nice stay.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Nicholas who was in charge of the dining room. He gave great recommendations for food and wine and was attentive and kind at both breakfast and our evening meals. Prior to our visit the staff answered our emails quickly and efficiently and arranged a private transfer for us from the airport to the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view from the balcony. We enjoyed sitting there catching some sun and drawing prior to walking the 20 minutes into town, The route through the park was very relaxing and gave us more opportunities for our art. We felt that this hotel was good value for money and would certainly recommend a stay there.

This was a lovely find of a hotel. It had all the amenities including a pool (yes we swam in April 24) bar and restaurant. The staff were very friendly and spoke to us in a friendly english.located about ten mins walk from the main piazza but close to the funicular. We loved our time in Montecatini-Terme.

I switched hotels with our tour guide as we were staying at the panoramic hotel next door and I was very dissatisfied with the room they gave me. Couldn't change as they were full! The room I went into was beautiful, clean, big bathroom with shower and even a balcony. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Staff at other hotel were rude, dismissive and we were not made to feel welcome!

Excellent hotel with a lovely pool and surroundings! The room was huge , beds very comfortable and bathroom perfect, even has l’occitane shower gel - what a treat! Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and great coffee. The location of the hotel was about a 15/20 min walk into the centre and train station. We got ripped off getting a taxi from the train station to the hotel so make sure you walk, it’s really not too far! The sun loungers by the pool were a bit uncomfortable but there are lovely comfy sofas / seats nearby to make up for it! All in all a great hotel, really good value and we would return!
