Hotel Biondi

저는 뉴마켓 휴가를 맞아 지금 이 순간에 왔습니다. 내 방은 크고, 삐걱거리며 깨끗하고, 흰색의 뽀송뽀송한 시트와 베갯잇이 있는 편안한 침대입니다. 베개는 약간 울퉁불퉁하지만 아직 잠을 자지 못하게 막지는 못했습니다. 내 욕실은 넓고 현대적입니다. 샤워 헤드에 약간의 문제가 있어 리셉션에 보고하고 다음날 교체했습니다. 깨진 변기 시트도 보고되었으나 아직 교체되지 않았습니다. 수건은 매일 교체됩니다. 방에는 가운과 슬리퍼도 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 항상 웃으며 행복합니다. 아침 식사는 시리얼, 과일 통조림, 신선한 사과와 바나나 또는 신선한 사과와 오렌지로 구성되어 있습니다. 요거트, 크루아상, 빵 롤, 버터, 잼 햄, 치즈, 스크램블 계란과 삶은 계란, 그리고 이상하게도 오이가 들어있습니다. 직원은 차, 커피, 주스 등을 제공합니다. 아침 식사 시간에 선택하는 저녁 식사는 매일 밤 정말 맛있는 셰프의 애피타이저, 수프 또는 파스타 선택, 구운 고기 또는 생선과 약간의 소테 감자, 그리고 야채와 잎과 토마토를 섞은 혼합 샐러드 한 그릇. 메인 코스는 조금 더 뜨거울 수 있지만 불만을 제기할 정도는 아닙니다. 그런 다음 디저트. 기쁘게도 우리는 Tiramasui를 두 번 먹었는데 정말 맛있었습니다. 양이 많아 보이지는 않지만 다 먹고 나면 배가 고프지 않을 거예요. 고급 식사는 아니지만 확실히 먹을 수 있고 매우 맛있습니다. 테이블 위에는 빵, 빵 스틱, 크래커가 담긴 바구니가 있습니다. 4인 테이블에 빵이 3조각밖에 없었다는 것은 농담이었습니다. 첫날 밤에 우리는 다른 작품을 요청했습니다. 두 번째 밤에 우리는 다른 테이블에서 바구니를 빠르게 바꿨습니다. 어젯밤에 나는 우리가 받은 4개 조각을 정중하게 요청하는 쪽지를 썼습니다. 오늘 밤 샐러드에 오이를 넣어달라고 했어요. 바라건대 그들은 우리에게 약간을 줄 것입니다. 호텔 로비에 일품요리 메뉴가 있는데, 여기서도 주문할 수 있지만 적절한 가격을 지불하게 됩니다. 웨이터들은 바쁘지만 그들의 언어로 말하려는 나의 시도를 듣고 웃을 시간이 있습니다. 그들은 우리에게 봉사할 때마다 미소를 짓습니다. 아마 다음에는 어떤 내용이 나올지 궁금할 것 같습니다. 한 평론가가 말했듯이 (그리고 와인이 저렴하다고 불평한 것처럼) 우리가 스파클링 와인 한 잔을 받은 첫날 밤을 제외하고는 테이블 위에 무료 와인이나 물이 놓여 있지 않았습니다. 물론 원하시면 구매도 가능합니다. Mr. Biondi는 저녁 식사에 참석하여 테이블 정리를 돕고 일반적으로 모든 것을 감독합니다. 그는 많이 웃으며 여기의 일부 리뷰어가 만든 그늘진 캐릭터가 아닙니다. 비라 모레티는 660ml에 6유로입니다. 토스카나가 얼마나 비싼지 생각하면 아주 좋은 가격입니다. 바와 인접한 라운지는 앉아서 음료를 즐기기에 매우 편안하며 장식은 매우 우아합니다. 오래된 호텔인가요? 예, 하지만 아름답습니다. 새로 단장한 방이 있나요? 예. 하지만 나는 또한 개조되지 않은 방을 본 적이 있습니다. 매우 구식이지만 매력적이고 정말 깨끗합니다. 살펴보았다

편리한 위치에 있는 훌륭한 호텔. 오래된 스타일, 실제 성격이 있고 흠 하나 없이 깨끗합니다. 관리팀과 직원들은 매우 전문적이었고 편안하고 즐거운 숙박을 위해 정말 열심히 노력했습니다. 음식은 풍부하고 맛이 좋았으며 수영장 공간이 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 저와 제 딸을 너무 잘 돌봐주셔서 감사합니다.

나는 Hotel Biondi(뉴마켓 휴가를 통해 예약)에서 몇 주 동안 머물렀고 방금 돌아왔고 멋진 숙박을 보냈습니다. 방은 매일 청소되어 있었고 사랑스럽고 시원했습니다. 최근 폭염에 정말 감사드립니다. 수영장은 좌석이 넉넉하고 사랑스러운 크기입니다. 아침 식사와 저녁 식사는 선택의 폭이 넓어 매우 좋은 품질이었습니다. 직원분들 모두 너무 친절하셔서 크게 불편한 점은 없었습니다. 리셉션에 계신 여성분들이 영어를 정말 잘하셔서 부끄러웠어요! 몬테카티니를 방문하고 싶은 분에게 이 호텔을 꼭 추천하고 싶습니다.

훌륭하고 매우 친절한 호텔, 수영장이 있는 훌륭한 방, 모든 직원이 매우 친절했고 우리를 위해 할 수 없었습니다. 음식은 좋았습니다. 꼭 다시 머물고 싶습니다. 좋은 위치에 있고, 많은 레스토랑 근처에 있습니다. 또한 할 일이 많은 멋진 도시에서

On the positive side hotel is clean, well located and well staffed. The negative is hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment. Decor is worn, minor damage anf the only power points are those for bedside lamps. Another problem is hotel appears to do a lot of business with large groups. These groups are not considerate of other guests e.g. mobs at breakfast, late night noise disturbance.

We went to this hotel on a coach party. Although the staff were very friendly and polite, we did not rate this hotel at all and would not go there again. It did however have a very good indoor pool with sun bathing area at the side. THE ROOM - the air conditioning did not work - it was 38 degrees outside at one point! The shower drainage did not work and there was a danger of it overflowing all over the bathroom floor. Admittedly this was fixed the next day once I had reported it to reception. The flickering bulb however was ignored and we had to put up with it all week. The toilet seat was loose and moved about on the pan - I would have thought the cleaning staff would report this and get it fixed but no, it didn't happen. The balcony only had one chair on it - this was a double room! THE RESTAURANT - Breakfast was ok I guess, with the usual continental style of cheese and ham etc, but the scrambled egg was stone cold every morning although being placed in a warming container. They simply had no idea how to keep it warm. The evening meals were extremely poor. They were boring, unimaginative and sparce - I have seen larger children's portions! We started with some sort of small dish of mush which looked like left overs from the day before which they called an appetiser. This was followed by a choice of either soup or pasta, which I must admit wasn't bad, however the shock came when the main course arrived. It was tiny, Luke warm at the most, sometimes stone cold. The menu said this was accompanied by 'Side dishes of the day' which was lettuce. Just lettuce. Every day. With everything. How they had the nerve to call it 'Salad' when they were bringing it round I have no idea. Hardly anyone ate this as it never went with the dishes they were serving up. There was bread, breadsticks and cracker biscuits on the table but we had to ask for butter every day. The sweet was a slice of dried cake mostly and did not include ice cream or cream to go with the cake. One of our party had chicken one night which was totally inedible and was just skin and bone. She called the manager over who just seemed to laugh it off and did not replace it. There was complimentary wine and water on the table every day but the wine was cheap, low quality stuff that was only really suitable for cooking. A lot of people left this but unfortunately it was wasted as the bottles were opened before you went in. It would have been better to dispense with this and provided a better meal in my opinion. This is certainly not a 4 star hotel and if you are wanting fine dining this is not the place for you! We normally look forward to our evening meals when on holiday but alas it didn't happen this time. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone? No.

The Hotel Biondi is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful Town of Montecatini and the surrounding Tuscan countryside . The rooms were very clean and comfortable with excellent daily servicing .like many Italian city centre hotels they are quite traditional so sometimes mod cons can be a bit lacking I stayed for a week over the new year period and found the staff very welcoming and friendly. The Breakfast room could be a bit chaotic when the hotel was full .But the Scrambled eggs were nice which compensated for the long wait for coffee. I hope one day to return to Montecatini and won't hesitate to book into the Hotel Biondi

Hotel biondi had a lovely pool- quite deep for most of it, and indoors so did not get heat from the sun and was therefore a little cooler than expected, but a good size and lovely to cool off in after a long day of travelling and exploring. Room was large, had good facilities in the bathroom and nice big shower. We had no balcony and room could have been more modernly decorated however no real issues with it. Room was clean and had nice big windows, with view over hotel next door (and a lovely german shepherd dog in a roof garden!). We received a wake up call at 6.30am which we did not ask for. Wi-fi and air con were both good. Service from staff was good and hotel appeared very well staffed, many servers at meal times. Food was okay but not amazing - limited choice, and only veg with evening meal was spinach, which was a little cold. Staff were very helpful and offered alternative pudding, however would’ve been nice to have had the choice in the first place (and no alternative main!). Breakfast had good variety available however croissants and bread were not nice, which was disappointing. Again at evening meal would have been nice to have something other than meat and roast potatoes- would have liked something more Italian. Overall would stay here again, but would probably eat out for all meals.

This hotel is a tale of two halves, some of the staff were amazing & some, in particularly the head waitress/restaurant manager, not too sure of her job title were quite rude at times. The rooms were very clean although the bathrooms need updating, the shower flooded & the toilet system on the wall gave you a shower after every flush! No aircon but not much of an issue for us as not too hot when we stayed. The food however was the worst I have ever had in a hotel. I am a vegetarian & they didn't cater for me at all, I was definitely an after thought. I didn't have a choice of main meal like the meat eaters in fact I never knew what I was going to get. One day I was given a few bits of cheese on a bed of rocket served with a side dish of lettuce, meat eaters had potatoes and choice of veg with their dinner. Another day i had one & a half tomatoes (not sure what happened to the other half)with a sort of tasteless mush on top with you guessed it a side dish of lettuce. The final night was possibly the worst, couldn't tell you what i was served but tasteless baby food is the closest comparison. Needless to say we ate elsewhere a few times even though we were half board. Even the offerings for the meat eaters was pretty shocking at times, uncooked wet cod just an example. portion sizes very small in comparison to the staff dinners, the manager & receptionist sat near to us & their dinners were massive!!
