Per alcuni aspetti la struttura è un po datata, però pulita. Colazione continentale...buona. Qualità prezzo ottima

My husband and I stayed for 5 days in this charming hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a standard double room. It was clean and had everything you needed. The bathroom was a little tired and needed freshening up and some minor tile repairs, but it was perfectly functional. You can opt not to have your room serviced every day by putting a sign on the door by 10pm each night- in return they give you a free drink voucher. We had breakfast one morning at a cost of 10 euros each. There was a large continental selection as well as some hot food and omelettes could be made to order. Breakfast is served until 10:30am which gives you chance of a lie in or time to graze through the selection. We hired a car and managed to park outside hotel every day. It is pay by meter, but you can buy 24 hour permits from hotel reception for a fraction of the cost. Would recommend this lovely hotel.

We recently spent a lovely 7 days in Montecatini. On arrival to this hotel we were very impressed with the lobby area, which is beautiful. The hotel is located in a nice area, close to the town square. However, the hotel is showing some wear and tear. The rugs on the stairs, hallway and rooms show tears. I understand this hotel has been in the family for generations and you want a boutique feel but the furniture in room 226 was worn with chipping paint. The bathroom was clean but had chipping ceiling paint and spider webs in the bathroom, particularly around the bathroom window in the shower. The hotel bar does not open until 5pm so after returning from a day trip you cannot get a beverage. When the bar is open it is staffed with someone wonderful employees. The majority of the reception staff is friendly and the owner is always there to say hello. Full disclosure, we were on a group tour so the tour company picked this hotel.

Our stay at Ercolini & Savi was perfect. We were met by Dimitri on our arrival who was consistently outstanding throughout our stay. He helped us plan our visits to the surrounding area and chatted to us each time we passed, he is a real asset to the hotel. Breakfast was the best I can remember having at any hotel and the waiting staff were also extremely polite. Thanks to Walter for helping me with my understanding of Italian! Our room was automatically upgraded after booking through their site, and was comfortable and had everything we needed. Each time we returned after a day trip our room was as perfect as when we arrived. As for the location, you don't hear much about Montecatini but we loved it. Especially Montecatini Alto which we visited twice using the Funicular, it is a must! Thanks to everyone at Ercolini & Savi for providing a memorable and amazing experience.

I am a tour leader and my group enjoyed a fantastic stay at this hotel. We received a warm welcome and professional service from all the departments especially by the food and drink department. Chiara, Irene, Martina and Walter took care of our every need and the chef prepared numerous varied dishes catering for all dietary needs. The owner of the hotel made it a point to meet each and every one of us. A big thank you and well done.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location in Montecatini. Immaculately clean, comfortable rooms, great restaurant and accommodating staff. A perfect starting point for visiting the Tuscany area and beyond. You won’t regret staying here.

Nice friendly staff and owners. Good breakfast and clean rooms. We have stayed here regularly and are always happy with our stay. Very well priced and a nice bar area. Ideally stuated in the heart of montecatini

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Attentive staff, spotless rooms and comfy beds. Can't be beat for the price. It is run by a family who lives on-site, and it shows. We also dined in the hotel resaurant, Pecora Negra. It was so good we had a second dinner there, which is saying a lot given all the places we wanted to try.

Older hotel in the heart of the city. Great location to walk to everything. Staff was wonderful and so accommodating. Great breakfast to start the morning and the long hours the breakfast was open was much appreciated. Bed was very comfortable, but I'm a light sleeper and the room upstairs was very loud every night (literally sounded like they were moving furniture back and forth).
