The Reception made our Check-in process a breeze and allowed us to occupy our room right away before the stated time. Room 230 is spacious, away from elevators and faces the forest side of the property, with a terrace. It was very clean, but a bit too dark. Bed linens are embroidered, towels, mattress, and pillows are good quality. But, to my surprise, one towel was really thin and had six holes in it. The service at this hotel was above and beyond our expectations. For lunch, having the restaurant arranged for an event, a table was set up in minutes at the lobby, facing the pool for us. The food, presentation and service were the best we have had in a long time. The included buffet breakfast offers items for all tastes and/or diets. Dinner was a great experience as well and prices are more than reasonable for the quality and the service. The only critic is that they offer the same menu for both lunch and dinner. But with a two-night stay, we had the chance to try dishes we did not have for lunch. The Spa offers many types of services and treatments. Unfortunately, our short stay allowed us for just a small sample. The Spa space is beautiful, and the therapists were very good. As hotel guest you can get a discounted price. Parking is free for guests. We recommend this property and would love to go back for a longer Spa Vacation.

우리는 현재 여기에 머물고 있으며 나는 절대적으로 분노하고 있습니다. 리셉션에서 중앙 공기가 꺼져 있다는 것을 인정한 후 에어컨 문제를 해결하도록 5번 요청했습니다! 분명히 유지 보수 직원이 방에 왔고 아무 해결도 없었습니다. 호텔에서 3박에 2700유로. 이제 해결된 것으로 추정되는 tmrw?? 오후 1시에 언급한 후 지금은 오후 10시입니다. 우리 방을 변경할 제안이 없습니다. 보상 제안이 없습니다. 좋은 접수원은 무엇이든 할 수 있었습니다. 그리고 이제 무엇보다도... 아래 레스토랑의 가구를 두드리고 움직이고 거의 자정입니다! 우리가 실제로 여기에 머물기 위해 지불했다는 것을 어떻게 받아들이어야합니까! ?

c'est notre second séjour dans cet hôtel que nous apprécions toujours autant. La décoration des chambres et des parties communes est superbe. La chambre est propre et bien équipée avec un grand lit dont le matelas est assez ferme. Le personnel est très sympathique, particulièrement le serveur du restaurant. Il y a un parking, attention l'accès et les places sont assez étroites. Le petit-déjeuner et le diner sont sous forme de buffet assez complet,

O hotel ofereceu tudo o que precisávamos para uma boa estadia: excelente localização, atendimento perfeito, quarto confortável e limpo, garagem, minha cachorrinha pode estar conosco, apesar de estar localizado em área de movimento, não se escuta nada de dentro do quarto. Os funcionários são prestativos e muito educados. O hotel fica há 25 km de praias lindíssimas como Pedra do Ouro, uma hora de Lisboa e 1 hora e meia de Aveiro, ou seja, daqui se vai para muitos lugares em pouvo tempo. O melhor é o custo benefício, preço justo.

Nice business hotel with all you would expect to find in a 4*. rooms are large, clean, silent and above all, can be made very dark for the night, which I ADORE. There's a secured parking and a little gym which guests are free to use. Breakafst has a wide choice of good food (icluding eggs and bacon). Staff i snice and professional

The beds and pillows are comfortable and the room layout is good. The hotel is a short walk to the Centro Historico and the bus station (if you are visiting Alcobaca or Batalha). Our room had a terrific view of the Leiria Castle. The bathroom and shower are very small but clean. Breakfast is adequate but basic and crowded so not the greatest experience. Overall this hotel is value for money.
