비토리아 호텔 컨벤션 인다이아투바(Vitoria Hotel Convention Indaiatuba)

Infraestrutura muito boa do hotel! Café da manhã excelente, quarto limpo e arejado. Mas o atendimento da recepção deixou muito a desejar, atendente mau humorada, não deu nenhuma orientação do hotel e ainda não avisou que apesar de eu ter informado que iríamos com uma criança de 13 anos o valor da reserva estava só para o casal, e a cama extra também não estava montada no quarto, mas isso foi prontamente resolvido pela camareira muito simpática em contrapartida da recepção.

The hotel has very nice quality of buffet breakfast, really enjoyed it. Conveniently located between city center and freeway (closer to freeway), which gives you the convenience of accessing both. The rooms are old, and a bit dusty on the floor, and has only few sockets usable. Only one chair at my room, which I wonder where should another person be sitting at?

Awesome hotel. Close to highway, but quiet. Fabulous pool and other recreation facilities. Good beds. Hotel itself is quite old and I hope it could get renovated someday. Difficult to find sockets for charging your electronic devices, especially when you need multiple ones. Floors are kind of dirty.

We were very disappointed during our short stay in this hotel. We only stayed there for a few hours to rest prior our flight from Viracopos airport, however the stay ended up being not restful at all since there was a loud party happening at the hotel. Guests could hear the loud music even with the windows completely closed!! We talked to the reception asking if they could at least try to turn down the volume, but the staff simply stated that "it is as it is" as it's a "company party". For that high price, we'd highly suggest everyone to book at other reliable hotel chains. Also, the room amenities was very limited and the bathroom floors looked dirty and unclean. Plus, if needed, transportation is extremely expensive. Just to go to the airport by taxi, it will cost you about 100 reais and not many uber drivers will accept the drive due to the extra toll fees. So be extremely aware! Overall, definitely not worth the stay!!

Just a day, but it was a pretty nice stay. We opted for a suite. The hydro was nice and everything was good. The negative was the breakfast: many options, but nothing really really exceptional.
