房間很乾凈

Hottest day of the year so far 28c , no air conditioning, switched off apparently per company policy, despite room sold as fully air conditioned. Room decor an acquired taste - a ‘fruit box’ as a bedside table. No tea a coffee facilities in room, no bottled water in room. Broken toilet door lock.

Just a 2-night stay, but I would quite happily have stayed longer. The location was ideal for my purposes, just off the autoroute. Not only was the bedroom large, clean and well equiped, but it was so quiet (surprising given the proximity to the A20), and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was generous and good. I did eat at the restaurant one evening, and I thought that the food (I ate pasta) was ordinary. A final positive note, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We have stayed here often en route to the Pyrenees. It couldn’t really be closer to the motorway and yet it is always peaceful. The hotel is fairly basic but the staff, especially in the restaurant, make it special. This year there was ongoing building work to build a sister hotel next door and a new restaurant, so the dining area was smaller and there was an overflow room. Nonetheless the staff made sure that everything ran smoothly and there was no disruption to our stay. We were able to eat dinner and breakfast outside on the terrace next to the pool. There is a menu but there are always specials and a good selection of local wines. We were pleased to see Claud is still running the show and had a most enjoyable meal. There are walks beside the hotel that also make it a nicer break to a journey. We would like to thank all the staff in the hotel for another excellent stay.

Vastes locaux récents très propres, prestations de qualité mais surtout un personnel jeune, souriant, très professionnel et sympathique à la fois. Le séjour fut très agréable. Merci, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir l'année prochaine.

Lors de notre séjour la piscine et le restaurant avaient été privatisés ; aucune compensation ne nous a été proposé et les personnel incapable de nous indiquer un endroit ou aller diner ; De plus un lit de 14 de large pour un 3 étoiles : NUL A EVITER
