카파나 스위트(Capanna Suites)

這是我們在託斯卡納總共五天中住的最令人難忘的酒店。酒店的餐廳提供美味的菜餚，免費的泡澡SPA房有土耳其濕蒸，桑拿和按摩水池（預約獨享整個場所），無敵的泳池平台景觀以及日落美景都令我們印象深刻。唯一美中不足的，也是我沒給滿分的原因是石頭路面對搬運行李不太友好，如能配備專門的行李車就完美了。

Amamos! Muito limpo, quarto amplo, chuveiro bom e com box de vidro, comida deliciosa no jantar, o café da manhã também foi gostoso e a vista é incrível! Recomendamos muito o hotel para nossos amigos e esperamos voltar em breve!

Ho soggiornato a novembre scorso, in un periodo piuttosto tranquillo. Ho apprezzato tantissimo l' estetica complessiva del relais, compresa la piscina a sfioro che, data la stagione, non abbiamo potuto utilizzare...la loro produzione vini con l' approfonditissima descrizione del loro sommelier...infine la cucina davvero degna di nota per elaborazione e gusto (davvero una meravigliosa sorpresa!). Qualcosa tuttavia resta da migliorare: gli orari sin troppo rigidi e fiscali per la colazione, il troppo poco tempo lasciato a disposizione per usufruire della spa, le camere con qualche dettaglio confort da aggiungere (nel mio caso lo spazio per riporre gli indumenti era davvero esiguo e scomodomissimo, inoltre mi auguro che per la bella stagione le finestre siano dotate di zanzariere perchè gli insetti erano davvero tanti persino a novembre). Sono sicura che la gestione illuminata terrà conto in modo costruttivo dei miei suggerimenti. Arrivederci a presto!

Una ubicación inmejorable, en medio de viñedos, en el valle. A pocos minutos de Montalcino. En medio de la u y a 10 minutos de la bodega. Las habitaciones amplias, muy bien equipadas. Con diseño y calidad. Excelente baño. Muy buen restaurante y la atencion amabilisima de Filipo, un joven italiano con un impecable español. Nos aconsejó en todo con buen criterio. Muy recomendable!

En términos generales nos ha gustado mucho el hotel, a excepción del incidente con el restaurante que comento en la reseña del mismo. La habitación se encontraba en una casa de reciente construcción con arquitectura tradicional que dispone de dos habitaciones en la planta baja y dos en la superior, cada una con su entrada independiente. La habitación amplia y con decoración cuidada, con vistas al valle. El hotel es ideal para relaj**** después de una jornada de visitas de pueblos en la Toscana. Dispone de piscina para el verano y spa, que reservan para que se haga uso privado por pareja. Desayuno correcto, con productos locales y cocina al momento. Buena relación calidad/precio.

Incredible hotel, one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. Everything is well maintained, clean, preserved nature. Extremely helpful and friendly staff! Completely in love!

I have had to remove a star because of one employee. Capanna Suites formed part of our honeymoon in Tuscany. The room was clean and beautifully decorated with a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside and hilltop medieval town. The restaurant staff were a highlight of our holiday - excellent friendly and knowledgeable service, delicious food and wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our wine tasting experience and dinner tasting. Our sincere regards and thanks to the restaurant staff for taking such great care of us. Another highlight was the resident mother cat and her kittens which were just a delight to watch them playing on the property. I need to highlight why this trip was ruined by one member of staff for us. The man who welcomed us brought me to tears. Upon arrival we signed a health form for us to use the Capanna Suites Spa. This details various health conditions and scenarios limiting us usage of the spa, all of which did not apply to us and was signed and handed back. This man then said, “here at Capanna Suites spa we do not allow pregnancy”. Initially we laughed thinking it was a strange joke as we are on our honeymoon and should enjoy ourselves responsibly or something. Instead, he said that we would not be able to use the spa while pregnant and have to accept any risks if we decide to use it anyway knowing this information. I stared at him then asked, “so if I am pregnant you are saying I use the spa at my own risk?”. He nodded and I said, “I am not pregnant”. He looked at my mid drift, made a face and said “ok” as if he didn’t believe me. It was very quiet and I went into shock as I realised I had just been fat-shamed on my honeymoon. I managed to make a joke about having eaten a lot of pizza so far on the trip but I was utterly humiliated and mortified. I received no apology and I have been obsessing about this man’s rude observation of me ever since. FYI I have been dieting for 3 years for my wedding. I was not overweight. Now I was having the opportunity to enjoy myself and eat what I wanted in Italy, renown for its cuisine - and he did that to me. Made me conscious of my appearance and feel guilty for enjoying myself. On my honeymoon. I want to highlight that this is not ok. What if I had recently lost a baby? Had a health condition? Couldn’t have children? Any number of scenarios where your future patrons who may be more upset than I was to be spoken to like that. I had signed the waiver already. Change your wording to something like “we have to ask everybody for safety, can I just check that there is no chance you are pregnant”, regardless of someone’s appearance. Don’t start taking to me like you’ve already deduced that I am pregnant. Maybe it’s a cultural thing but you need to be called out for this. I want you to change this behaviour for the sake of future women who visit your site. This man was the first person we met. He was the face of your company who has the position of setting the tone of our stay from the outset

What an amazing place! CapAnna Suites and it’s location were absolutely perfect for exploring this beautiful region of Tuscany. The agriturismo overlooks the stunning Val d’Orcia (the view took on a different light every day) and was the perfect location for exploring Montalcino and Montepulciano and tasting the world famous Brunello wine and also Nobile wines but also for chilling out by the infinity pool. The accommodation is 5* but with a rustic charm. A delicious breakfast with buffet and a la carte is included in the room price as is an hour of relaxation in the exclusive spa. The restaurant serving ultra local fine dining was just amazing (but not for every night) and the staff were excellent. A car is essential to explore the area.
