Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The tub was not clean. I asked for extra towels was informed the towels could only be exchanged. We could hear other outside. At one point we thought someone was coming in our room. The continental breakfast closes at 9:00. Myself and other guest were unaware and were turned away. I do not recommend. Try the mockingbird next door!!! They’re more affordable , cleaner, and their customer service makes you feel welcomed and not like a nuisance.

I wasn’t happy when I removed the pillows from my bed and there was a bug crawling around on the bed! Also when my husband turned the ceiling fan off it was filthy. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year! The lighting in the room is HORRIBLE for a woman trying to put on makeup. Motels aren’t just for men you know. My biggest complaint is the old (dirty) toilet that was SO low I had to hold onto the door handles and pull myself up!!!! My husband is a very fit man and even he had trouble getting up off it. We couldn’t believe how low the it was! My gosh people, spend $200 and put a damn toilet in that EVERY person can use! I won’t be using this motel again, that’s for sure!!

Nicely furnished room, staff was nice and breafast was good.. However, if you are sensitive to noise, the walls are quite thin and you can hear the TV in the room next door as well as people and cars in the parking lot. Did not make for the best nights sleep.

There was a group of us staying at the hotel hauling disaster trailers down to Florida. We needed to be up and out by 5:30 am. We mentioned this to the clerk and when my husband and I went down at 4:45 breakfast was all set up and ready! We were all very thankful and impressed! The rooms were clean and the beds were great. I slept well! The boys stated they usually stop there when they have to head to FL and I can see why. It was only my second trip with them, my first to FL. Thank you!

The property met my needs and expectations and provided good value for money

Room was clean. Rate was good. They advertised breakfast until 9am, however we went down at 8:45am and they already put away a lot of the items which was unfortunate. For the price you pay, they really should honor the breakfast window if they advertise it at check-in.

Booked rooms for 2 employee's. Said the rooms smelled like mold and mildew. Asked at the front desk if they had some disinfectant or room spray but was told no.
