Room, suite, impeccable. Was only in town for concert, one night. Could see staying there on prolonged basis. Easily walkable to major event arena Centre Avenir…just a few blocks away. Close to bars, restaurants, convenient stores. All within easy walking distance. Suite well equipped— stove top, microwave, coffee maker, full-size fridge. Bedroom, kitchen/dining room, large bathroom, sun porch, outside deck. Roomy. Tastefully decorated and equipped. Plenty of parking space. Comfortable bed with best pillows ever—Beautyrest Platinums? Quiet. Restful. Easy self check-in with timely notification to facilitate same. Would return in a heartbeat. Only downside: Front steps are curved and borders of steps not well-delineated. Simple red or yellow ***** on step edges, or alternating and contrasting color scheme, would easily fix that. As for the pillows: Where do you get them? Would like to surprise wife—-she raved over that. P.S., Easy drive to Magnetic Hill which is a must for the curious and kitsch-oriented.

There was no staff which was different but the place was turnkey ready when we arrived. Close to the water, restaurants, and grocery store. The place had an outdoor living space and the inside was beautifully decorated.

This was our second time staying at this property and we will definitely be back again! Easy check in/out, spotless rooms and convenient location!

I don’t think I could come up with something negative to say about this place if I tried. Excellent space for two people. Everything was clean. We were in town for an event at the Avenir Centre and we were just a short walk away. Would absolutely stay here again.

Room was very clean. Self check in super easy! Room was Warm, nice TVs, private. Lovey shower. Our only constructive comments would be that more than one coffee each would be nice, as a couple having a quiet morning on a get away would often enjoy more than one cup :) A few kitchen amenities that would be helpful; a pot scrubber, a drying rack, having salt and pepper. We brought everything to cook a nice meal but expected salt and pepper to be supplied in the kitchen, and clean up was a challenge with no pot scrubber and only one dry cloth. Minor things and 100% would certainly stay again!

Will not stay again, this is my fourth time at this location. The last two times I stayed here there has been a constant beep that starts beeping at night and lasts all night until morning. Every 30 seconds it beeps, spend hours trying to walk around the unit trying to figure out how to stop this beeping. Could not track down where this was coming from. Then at 3:00 a.m, the building got so incredibly, that we both woke up sweating. There was so much heat coming from downstairs that it was unbearable. I had to message the management at 4:30 in the morning complaining about the issues. We had to open up every window to try to offset how hot it was, all the heat was turned off in the unit. We ended up not sleeping. Furthermore you're not able to pair your device to the TV and watch YouTube, which we had planned to watch last week killTony episode that we missed, spent over an hour trying to connect/pair device/ launch youtube but nothing worked. Also when we got there to check in, I forgot to text or email us the code for the door. I spent at least 30 minutes going through all my emails and text messages trying to find this code. Considering they told me that they sent it to me.... I ultimately had to call the property management and ask them when I would receive the code and they apologized and sent it to me right away. So the entire time they forgot to send me the code

A great place to stay and an improvement over the usual hotels/motels. Easy check-in/check-out process. I plan to stay here again on our next trip.

Clean room which was basically like a modern bachelor apartment. Looking forward to our stay in March!
