Great customer service. My friends and I enjoyed our lunch served by the very courteous Mr Nzuki. There is great decor with the clear glass that gives you a glimpse of Moi avenue mombasa. A good place to meet as you take your meal. I recommend it to you.

My family really enjoyed, Devine and fatmah I really appreciate them for their friendlyness to my kids, gave us time with my wife to enyoy our privacy. The facility is really peaceful and preserve it's national heritage. I would recommend it to other families wanting to enyoy and spend quality time again and AGAIN.

A good 4 star hotel . Used to be a landmark hotel, now taken over by Sentrim , Kenya. Very centrally placed in Mombasa city. Clean rooms, with amenities. The rooms at the back are very spacious. Food was good, especially the Swahili menu . Good service. In fact if you need a centrally located hotel in Mombasa , look no further .

The sentrim Castle Royal Hotel is a place to visit the prices are friendly and the Renovation has made the place even better. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to visit the place because it has nice secure parking, lovely food and the staff are amazing. Thanks at Divine for convincing me to try the place and will be back soon

The venue was great. A good place to book when wanting to host trainings in Mombasa town. Easy to access due to its location,swift bookings and ready to adapt to changes even on short notice.Tasty Swahili delicacies,Thank you Team(Chef Nuru for the biryani,Fey for the good service and Divine for ensuring we had a successful unique Swahili theme Lunch...Thank you Team Castle

The renovations are remarkable from the Main restaurant and even has an ice cream parlor which have the best cocktails,Been around hotels and cafes mind you castles coffee/beverage it's the best. Ample parking which is enormous inside the facility and away from the hectic busy road•To Divine and Eric thank you for the opportunity to take me around the facilities and making sure that indeed there are changes which are beneficial to us.I applaud you .

I must confess that Castle Royal is the place to be. Right from the Security,the conference hall,Rooms are spacious and you got to choose with Moi avenue view or near the parking which is quiet and peaceful. And the food "Wow" Chef Adan that tuna with garlic sauce and lemon will always stay to my guts ...Nicodemus thank you for the swift service and ensured we never lacked,and to the one who knows Team Akinyi I was shocked,very professional from bookings and representing Sentrim Castle, definitely recommendable and coming back.
