Every food we tried was just awesome and tempting especially Honey Chilli Cauliflower, Veg ***churian and mouth watering ***i Kebab. Awesome Hospitality especially by Ms. Prem Lata who guided us through the menu flawlessly. Enjoyed a lovely Family Time. Cheers!!

The best hotel here in Chandigarh the staff is very kind and very helpful. The food is AWESOME and the hotel is very clean there are ***y options for vegetarians it is very close to work places overall it is a very good hotel if you are doing solo or with family

The hotel is well located with easy open access and a nice panoramic view from the floors. The rooms are spacious and reasonably well appointed. Staff is friendly, prompt and helpful. Internet speed is great. Mattress & pillows are soft and comfortable. Mini bar was not stocked in the room, mobile signal of airtel is 1 or 2 bars at most, door of the washroom was very noisy, rooms are not soundproof as claimed on *********** (where I booked). There was a mosquito in the room. That combined with very loud air-conditioning sound and that the AC was not functioning properly resulted in poor sleep. I booked the hotel with a plan to have a refreshing swim at the end of a long work-day and on reaching the hotel inquired about the hotel on two occasions. However, on walking up to the terrace pool, found it non-functional due to the repair. No one mentioned even once that the pool was non-functional. Breakfast spread was about average, however the for was not fresh and the cold cuts / breads were dry. It seemed to have sat out there for too long. Less likely to visit again.

I would say this hotel was very good, especially staff in the restaurant Narendra Suresh Premlata they always asked what was need to assist my elderly mother and me, the room heating was superb, nice hot showers good pressure, clean room and house keeping staff very freindly, reception staff very freindly they will assist you for local travel places or places to visit with lots of patience, spa also very good

I came here to dine with my friends. We dined at rooftop bar. The ambiance,food and the services were extremely good. Mr harjinder,Mr deepak and Mr Vikash in the rooftop restaurant. We also enjoyed pool here. Highly recommend hotel.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We loved our stay at Best Western Plus during our visit to India. The room and food was good though as always after few days gets repetitive. The saloon/spa was not impressive. Staff at restaurant were great. I can’t recall all their names unfortunately though! Overall would not hesitate to book again.

We arrived there on the 1st of November for a couple of nights. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The lady on the reception, Roshni I believe her name was very pedantic and was only adding to our already poor experience. The instructions provided to us prior to the booking were not clear and a mistake was highlighted to them and a ***ager as to the instructions they had provided. Our experience was only saved by a wonderful waitress at the restaurant who at breakfast would go out of her way to provide us with the service that would be expected from such an establishment.
