Club Med Lake Paradise

저는 남편과 9살과 5살 아이 둘과 함께 결혼식을 위해 여기 머물기 위해 여행을 떠났습니다. 저는 Club Med를 통해 직접 예약했는데, 그게 제 유일한 선택지였습니다. 저는 방 하나를 예약한 줄 알았습니다. 제 서류에 적힌 모든 내용은 제가 방 하나를 예약했다고 나와 있었습니다. 호텔은 자동으로 저를 2명 예약하고, 2명 요금을 청구했고, 제가 현장에 도착해서 처음으로 두 개의 인접한 방이 있다는 것을 알았을 때에도 예약을 변경하지 않았습니다. 그 이후로 저는 제가 가지고 있는 모든 예약 정보를 다시 확인했습니다. 제가 결코 우리를 위해 예약하지 않았을 두 개의 방을 예약했다는 말은 없었습니다. 사람 수와 총 가격만 있었습니다. 저는 전 세계 6대륙, 30개국 이상에서 호텔 객실을 예약했지만, 이런 일은 전에 한 번도 없었습니다. 직원들은 훌륭했고 아무것도 변경할 입장이 아니었습니다. 하지만 그들은 그게 4명이 사용할 수 있는 침대를 얻는 유일한 방법이라고 말했습니다. 제 아이들은 어리고 저는 요구 사항에 따라 그들의 나이를 밝혔고, 우리 4명이 모두 사용할 수 있는 충분한 공간이 있었습니다. 왜냐하면 우리 인생의 방은 풀아웃 소파 침대이기 때문입니다. 방은 매우 좋지만, 저는 두 개가 필요하지 않았고, 도착했을 때 그것을 발견한다면, 당신은 운이 없습니다. 그러니 조심하세요!

This ClubMed is an excellent all-inclusive resort, perfectly located at a beautiful lake. The food is good, and the accommodations are fantastic. My family (wife, 7-year-old, and 5-year-old) and I attended a wedding and had an amazing weekend. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Bruno Oliveira (GO), who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. From showing the place around to explaining all the schedule. Our kids just loved playing with him and “can’t wait to play with uncle Bruninho again”. We are certain that our stay wouldn't have been the same without his support. The only suggestion I have for the hotel is to improve their ant control program, as in some areas, specifically outdoor (grassy fields), we could see some ant nests.

We went with our 10 and 13 year old kids. The place is very nice with a great lake and landscapes. Multiple activities were available even with bad weather. The GOs were kind and very friendly. They always were there to help and try to make us expend a great time. Special thanks to Bruno and Pequena but all of them were warm and very nice.

We had a great stay. We love to golf and we were able to golf every day. Lots of nighttime activities to do here! Drinking, singing, dancing, etc. Day Rodrigues is a fantastic bartender make sure to see here when you come here! We came all the way from the United States and could not have been greeted with more hospitality!

Amazing experience with family! All staff from the moment we arrived till check out very careful to everything. Amazing food, wonderful activities during day and night. We were able to watch the launch of the show The Lion King executed by the amazing village staff. We had the pleasure to have a sailing class with instructors Caio and Yohan amazing class and attention! Dancing class, stretching classs amazing! Zipline (tirolesa) amazing staff!! Tia Mayara and all MiniClub Staff Tia Sofia, Tia Coelho, Tia Luana, Tia Bea, Tia Potira, everyone !! Couldn’t be better without them ! Can’t forget to thank Mr Jeremy and all his staff for hard work to make us felling the best !

Really great resort near Sao Paulo, a perfect espape from a big city. Great standarts: room, amenities, services and food. Luciano who works as a manager provided our group the best services I wasn't expecting. I went on a weekday, it was a very quiet resort. There were many activities available though. We could enjoy them all qt the same time we took a good rest
