컴포트 스위트 모빌레(Comfort Suites Mobile West/Tillmans Corner)

have stayed here for years visiting relatives..have moved to other places due to deterioration of this property, but stayed last week..manager had to take over from front clerks as they didn't appear to know how to handle situation..manager did great job in getting straightened out. breakfast was late getting out every morning and most times, no coffee..won't stay again

Convenient location. Room and bathroom were clean. Security lights were very bright outside. All went well with our stay.

It was a good stay. Above average. I felt safe and comfortable. Liked that breakfast was included.

The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfy. However, when I went down to breakfast at 7:15am, the food was lacking. Perhaps I missed it?

Check in was fair. Upon trying to check in, the clerk could not find the Comfort Suites Mobile confirmation number--nor could she find *******'s itinerary number. I had provided and shown the clerk the sheet I had with all the information. Fitted bed sheets were not wide enough--the corners weren't deep enough and kept coming off the mattress when we laid in the bed. Carpet was stained with foot rests placed over the stains. Breakfast was pretty good--the lady in charge of keeping food available on Nov. 18 was really great. A high school wrestling team was at the hotel with many members who needed to leave in a short amount of time; they were really "chowing down" but the lady did a really good job to keep refilling items. When large groups are registered and will be leaving at the same time, it is highly recommended that an assistant be provided in order to meet the high food demand over a short period of time. When I asked for a receipt at checkout as we left, I questioned the lady at the counter as to why a Master Card had been charged. We don't have a Master Card. She and we were obviously unaware of what was involved with *******'s use of a "dummy Master Card" submittal. When I called ******* to ask a question about this, I was told that that type of receipt was not supposed to be given out to the customers. All staff members we interfaced with were cordial, polite, and helpful.

First room we we given on first floor was Dirty. Bed covers had stains/ dirt marks on them. Found 2 roaches within 5minutes of entering room. Mold stains on ceiling throughout room as well as dead bug stuck to it. Switched rooms to second floor which was slightly cleaner( bed coverings looked better) but Bathroom was old ,tiling cracked, door didn't lock properly .

It's a surprise. In the first room, there was a blood stain on the cover of the bed, so I moved it to another room, but when I was going to sleep in the second room, there was a bug on the wall next to the bed, and my husband pressed it to death But I couldn't sleep in this hotel because I was nervous. I came out at 11:30pm to go to another hotel It was a terrible experience I need to get the money back

Very clean and comfortable room. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Very close to I-10, a big convenience. Linens were clean and shower was good.

The facility was dirty. Lights broken. Breakfast was poor. Never staying there again.
