Field Station Moab

This used to be a super 8 and then they took out the carpet and replaced all the in-room fixtures with plywood. Silver lining is that the bed was very comfortable. Bogus angle on being an adventure hub. Because they compete with the local stores by selling sunblock, water bottles and power bars in the lobby. They don't actually answer their own phone so good luck if you need to reach the property before you arrive. No breakfast included but nevermind, they offer $12 breakfast sandwiches. Not impressed.

Out stay was pretty good. The common area of the entry could have had more seating. Suggest removing the "map" area of the entry and adding some "comfortable seatseating". Not dining area chairs. maybe a sofa with some side chairs and a coffee table. There wasn't enough places to sit and have a coffee and read a book. Also, add a bike storage room. Shelphing bikes up and down the stairwell was not fun. You should check out the Gonzo bike storage or the Hoo doo or Voo doo. Hotel. The common area microwaves are to short for a taller cup. Maybe something with more amps. The shower heat in our room was dripping and pinging on the metal at the grate below the head. Not very relaxing when take a shower. There was orange mold in the corners of the shower floor. The coolers in the room were not cool. Lastly suggest someone inspecting rooms after cleaning. The room had a couple of burnt out bulbs when se arrived.

This place is great for families or couples with sense of adventure. On the edge of town do a quick 1-2 mile drive to town. Pool and hot tub warm enough to enjoy as flurries came down, cute decor and surprisingly comfy beds and pillows

Very pleasant stay here in Moab. The staff was superb, and having the heated pool and hot tub was a plus on the cold autumn days. The outdoor fire and easy access to a snack or drink added to the experience. Thank you.

Really impressed with this Field Station Moab hotel. Staff at concierge desk were very friendly and helped with dining options in the area. Room had a unique, modern/industrial style with a comfortable bed, clean shower, fresh towels, and even included a bike stand in the room. Partner even noticed they provide special towels for makeup removal. Breakfast coffee/espresso and food options were really very good. The shop I’m the reception area have energy bars, clothes and bike accessories, if needing to replace (or forgot to pack), and souvenirs. Location was close enough (5 mins) to downtown restaurants, and very close to the next morning’s adventure at Arches National Park (7 mins away). Would highly recommend to any friends to stay here.

I typically stay at a branded hotel. This location caters to cyclists. Though I am not a cyclist the room layout was very functional and fun. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again at Field Station.

Spaceous room, comfy beds, nice pool and patio. Perfectly located for Arches and Moab is such a nice little city.

Highly recommend this property. Amazing staff. Very helpful. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location. Close enough to town that you can walk.
