The hotel itself has no problem at all.
However there was a scheduled power outage in the next morning which was only known when I checked in the hotel previous night.
The internet, the lift, the shower were all out at 9:30am until i checked out at 11am.
I have to make special arrangement to cope with the power outage.
Trip.com did not notify me such outage when I book the hotel, which I think the hotel did not inform trip.com anyway. The hotel only offered complimentary coffee and pastry as a gratitude for the inconvenience.
