Everything was just great. Location is superb! City Centre, close to the shopping mall and nice park near the river. Service was great. Room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Horrible service. I had to pay more for the same exactly room that I fully paid. They charged me an extra 50 rubles, but didn’t even bring a pillow for my son. He had to sleep on the couch without a pillow. The pool was closed. Marianna at the reception desk said if I don’t want to pay extra for the couch I can leave and stay somewhere else. Was very rude and unprofessional. No one ever picked up the phone at the reception when I called from the room. The buffer breakfast was nice though but because of rude reception and undisclosed extra charges I will never stay there again and won’t recommend it.

Belarus Hotel is a centrally located hotel. Ticks all the basics of a business traveller. A decent single room, all critical amenities, excellent breakfast. Some facilities look dated, but it could just be called “Old World Charm”. Staff had decent knowledge of English, and was trying to be helpful. Overall, a good experience. It is a 3 star hotel, and for a 3 star, it is very good. You essentially get a bit more than you pay for. The hotel was a bit strict about check out timing, but that was because it was full, so I don’t want to be unfair and deduct any marks there. Again, the check out was smooth and the staff was sweet. Will stay again next time.
