Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet, with great views if facing beach side, staff kind and gentle. Came with my dog as well which got treated like an absolute queen by all members of the staff, providing a mat and treats for the doggie. Would also like to appreciate Enya and Maria for their kindness when dealing with our enquiries

The outside façade needs some updating, but the rooms are nice and new, the view (if you get sea view) is really nice, and the staff is super friendly. There are not many places nearby to have breakfast early in the morning, but the hotel breakfast is worth it, with many different and homemade options.

Ekaitz attended us Phenomenal He helped us at all times A very good experience. This hotel is in a wonderful location with fantastic views of the sea and beach. It is also very well connected to Bilbao, a welcoming city where people eat and drink at a high level.

Lovely clean room no coffee just assortment of teas .bathroom lovely shower well powerful .Bed comfortable .I didn't enjoy breakfast assortment of alsorts there is scrambled egg but no other hot foods.Also parking on side of Rd meters .xxx

We only enjoyed the wonderful breakfast because we were staying in the hotel in front of Tamarises. It was absolutely GREAT, not only the variety but the amazing attention of Enya. I would LOVE to stay in the hotel next time.It's a great location.

This is a lovely hotel, beautifully situated, with wonderful staff! We felt very welcomed on arrival and were advised of the local sights and places to eat, as well as how to get around and enjoy Bilboa. The room was large with a comfortable bed and delightfully quirky design. The breakfast was outstanding! Highly recommend!

I can highly recommend PPT for the excellent location in Gexta ( beech front), near to Metro and bus stop and for their non-forgetting customer service. PPT left a great experience they cancelled my non-refundable booking free which made me morally obliged to book them for my next family visit and I am happy with my decision. We were highly impressed with all the customer representatives especially Mariluz who was very polite to deal with non-spanish speaking customers and loaded with local knowledge provided tips for best restaurants and attractions. I can't miss appreciating Ysell who is the head chef, she looked after our customised breakfast requirements and went beyond expectations. I would also like to thank Ekaitz, Globo and Enya for their support. The restaurant next door to PPT has a good mix of cuisine and I found it reasonably priced. I will visit them again.

The remarcable attention during service at the breakfast, provided by Enya and her colleague, must not be forgotten! The strawberries she served to our daughter without being asked for it at all… Brilliant! Service at its best! Thanks a lot! Florian
