Easily the best located hotel in Millau, a clean and modern property right in the town centre. Super helpful staff too! Great views from the terrace, and worth noting if arriving on two wheels, parking for bicycles and motos is provided.

The hotel is nice, in a good place (though it's cumbersome to found the way to get there). The staff are friendly and assisting. Breakfast is good. The room is comfortable and the price is competitive.

Nice staff, clean, quiet, perfectly located, great breakfast. The charge for bringing an animal is also the smallest I have ever seen. Millau is beautiful for an evening/morning walk. Parking next door and so it’s a pub restaurant and shopping

The hotel is very clean and modern and the rooms are just what you need. Sadly no lift, although there's just one set of stairs you have to drag your bags up. All the staff were excellent and friendly. The hotel is very central and you can walk all around the town from the location. Google maps couldn't find the front door of the hotel though (we arrived by train and walked down) - we walked round it a few times looking! I would suggest that you put directions for walking to the hotel on your website, that would be much more helpful.

We arrived at Hotel La Capelle after a long hot day on our motorcycle We stayed in lots of hotels on our 3 week bike trip in Spain Portugal and France but this was the outstanding hotel that we stayed in The reception staff were very nice and helpful our room was fantastic ultra clean nicely decorated and really good air conditioning Hotel is right on the edge of Millau town very convenient for getting about and is a lovely old town well worth the stay wish we could have stayed longer . Breakfast at the hotel was also probably the best we had on our trip, buffet style but very good quality food would highly recommend this hotel hope to stay again sometime

We decided to split our journey to the South of France a little differently this year. We decided instead of blasting south over the viaduct at Millau we would take the slow route instead and stop and spend the night. In short we were so pleased we did. We booked in for the Saturday night and arrived late afternoon. The directions on the hotel website were spot on for finding the place and dropping off bags and picking up a parking ticket (paid). The parking was easy to find and is modern and well lit. We were told on arrival that we had been upgraded to a business room - sounded good but in practice we were not sure what the difference was? The room was functional but lacked a wow factor. The en suite bathroom was huge with an oversized shower. The room however overlooked an internal courtyard so there always not much of a view. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a nespresso machine in the room. The hotel is right in the centre of the town and is a stone’s throw from everything you might want or need. We had booked our resto for dinner so took a leisurely walk when the time came for dinner (more on that elsewhere) We pre-booked the breakfast and we’re able to grab a table on the terrace with a stunning view of the nearby mountains and the guys parachuting off them. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of things to choose from including a bunch of homemade goodies. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We will definitely be including La Capelle in our future travel plans

Every member of staff we spoke to were very polite and extremely helpful. From check in to check out they were lovely. One even accompanied us to the place where we had parked our van so that we didn’t have to return to the hotel with the gate opener. Lovely and clean and a great breakfast too. Thank you

This is a well run family hotel in a good location with discounted town centre parking nearby. All the staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and bright and the breakfast was excellent. We only stayed one night passing through but would happily return for a longer stay.

We arrived late in the afternoon after a long motorcycle trip the lady that greeted us was very pleasant and spoke very good English and was very friendly and helpful Hotel is in a very good location to look around Millau
