오아시 빌리지 호텔 & 리조트(Oasi Village Hotel)

You get what you pay for, cheap and cheerful. Quite modern but basic. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Location ok. Doesn’t look as good as the pictures but still happy for what we paid. I would stay again.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed, but extremely noisy: loud dance music from the gym until 22:30, loud voices in the courtyard until 23:00, and the reception bells all night long. The structure may be fancy, in a hold court building, but the access is not easy, and my room had plenty of stairs inside, made invisible and dangerous by the uniform marble floor. The lift is shared with the other building’s activities (a gym and a photo studio). It allows direct access to anyone from the street to the rooms’ floors. Room’s door with no security lock. Worth half of the paid price.

The rooms are tidy and comfortable. The staff Is gentle.

This is not a hotel. More like a shelter in a dungeon. Fraudulently misrepresent on their website. Room assigned to us was nothing like what was advertised snd booked. I will not recommend this place for anyone to stay. Very dirty and unsafe

A lovely, clean hotel with helpful staff. Room was surprisingly modern. A little out of centre but very easily reached by metro in under 10 mins. Staff were very helpful. Only thing that let it down was the noise in the corridor heard from our room. Kept us awake/woke us up on occasion.

Hotel has listed that they have parking. We tried to book one before we arrive and it was not possible. It’s only possible at check in. The hotel is very big and they have only 6 parking spots, so it’s impossible to find available one. They did not say that. We arrived around 10 pm and all the spots were busy so the receptionist recommended to park bellow the trees on the street. We asked for a parking garage since we did not want to leave the car outside on the street. He gave us address of a garage, which was 1 km from the hotel. The owner of the garage asked us to leave the keys of the car with him and didn’t want to give us any receipt or note that the car is there-the whole situation was very suspicious, so we rejected to leave the car keys with him. We were driving for an hour around the city to find a proper parking garage unfortunately without success. We decided to park on the street in front of the hotel. The next morning we found the car with a broken window and small things stolen from the car. We had to drive immediately back to Germany since the hotel didn’t offer any safe parking place, leaving the car on the street was not an option since everyone could enter. We asked to get refund for the rest of the days and the hotel arrogantly rejected our request. There were a lot of things wrong with the hotel: - it didn’t look at all as presented on the photos - access to the room was very challenging, it was like a labyrinth - it was very noisy, the elevator has an alarm if the doors are not properly closed - very unfriendly personal even arrogant and rude

Really easy to find, close to two metro stations and also walking distance from the main train station. As the hotel is tucked away from the main road, traffic noise isn't an issue. Staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful and spoke clear English. We were really impressed with our room, it was huge, modern, clean and spacious. The only reason it's not 5/5 is because some of the rooms have walkways to different areas of the hotel outside which means you can get people walking past your room at all hours and the noise carries far - also means you need to keep the curtains closed for privacy.

Me and my partner stayed here 4 nights for our first visit to Milan. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. Daily room cleans and modern hotel. The location was perfect to get in and out of centre city and access the metro and trains. The hotel is on a quiet street and we felt comfortable. Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is the breakfast options aren’t good and need improvement so we had eaten out every morning apart from one when we tried other than this it is a brilliant place, highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable room. We spent 3 nights in Milan and we enjoy our stay. Metro station (Piola) is closed to the hotel. Also there is a supermaket and some caffè shops. Stuff was very kind and they let us check in earlier. Recommended for couples and friends, even for families who like to walk.
