This hotel has great location. In a great area for shopping, food, and the landmarks. The rooms are standard and our bathroom was not the best. They should tile the bathrooms and water proof the showers to avoid the wall rot we had in our bathroom. Other than that the room was clean. Our fridge did not work either. It was hot in there, would not recommend leaving food. The tv was small and no channels in English.

My travel partner booked this hotel all the reviews are correct. Cons: Terribly noisy, the tram runs from 4 am to 2 am (not a typo) and is directly outside. So much random noise from the office/hallways, the bathroom definitely hadn’t been cleaned and the bed was so hard my ribcage hurt (I am 22, this should not happen). The overhead rainfall shower did not work, so I used a handheld the entire time. Fridge was not cold whatsoever. We were greeted by a man whose shoes were literally falling off his feet (just offputting). This space looked like a renovated office building, I’d say it’s a step up from a youth hostel. Pros: the air conditioning worked. The pillows were nice (one memory foam, one regular) and we were close to the Duomo. However - this is not the neighborhood you want to be in. There are *no* restaurants and it is incredibly busy and loud. Stay up north closer to the designer stores. We felt like we paid way too much to stay in a neighborhood that had little to offer.

This hotel is small, clean and very, very well located. All the negative reviews about the train noise are extremely overblown. If you are extremely sensitive and actively looking for reasons to be dissatisfied then the occasional train noise will suffice. Otherwise for the price this is a good option. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great position, Room very small, but comfortable bed & pillows, clean linen Left us outside in 40C middle of the day heat while we were buzzing to get in to property to check in This is not necessarily a hotel, this is more of a rooming house where they just rent out rooms, but in great easy location

If you are looking for a comfortable modern stay walking distance from the Duomo, this is the right place.

This is not even a hotel. Its just one floor of the building. The reception isn’t there after 11pm. The girl at the reception wasn’t welcoming. She didn’t even stand when I arrived. She kept on sitting and not smiling all the time I was there. Very rude. I have never seen reception staff sitting while checkin. The location is great and the room was clean. That’s it. The street is noisy because of tram. I would look for another option next time in Milan.

Clean, modern room. Had to walk 4 bags up a couple of stairs but other than that there is an elevator
