Great amenities. Decent for a couple or small family. Serviced daily with a breakfast pack included. All delivery services within distance which was convenient. Washer Dryer was a great inclusion. Wifi and streaming apps on TV

Accommodation was very good for what was needed, great value for money. Breakfast packs were a lovely addition. All finishing were of good quality, creating a very luxurious feel. This will definitely be my go to place when in the area.

The apartment is exactly as described and pictured. The location is great, close to Mall of Africa and Kyalami Corner. The daily housekeeping and breakfast were very handy. Check in and checking out was seamless. Overall service provided was exceptional. It is a great place for couples, friends and family stay.

property inside out is beautiful and quiet, the only problem was that the property was dirty and stuffy. They didn't clean it for us and security didn't know we were coming had to wait for 3 minutes only to fill in another paper wotk

The apartment I stayed in was quite pleasant and well kept. The check in process was seamless. Netflix and Showmax were however not working on the TV. The breakfast pack was a nice and appreciated touch.

Check-in was smooth, no hassles, 3 minutes tops. Staff was helpful to show me to my apartment and where to park. Since my bag wasn't heavy, I could easily lug it up a flight of stairs. The room was cleaned every day and bedding was fresh. Very enjoyable.

Check in was annoying. When we arrived at the gate we were told we aren’t expected on 21 September 2023, but on 22 September 2023. I showed them the booking confirmation on the app (***********) and had to wait a while for them to sort that out, they eventually let us in and gave us the key for the apartment. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything which was mentioned. Wasn’t thrilled about their “breakfast”. It’s more of a health pack because it includes muesli ,yogurt, a muffin, fruit and juice. The location is perfect. It’s in close proximity to the mall, filling stations and the Kyalami Grand Prix. It’s also safe and convenient spot. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who’s interested in spending time in Kyalami.

As a family, we stayed at Kyalami Creek on 6-7 July and then the 11-12 July 2023. The two bedroom apartments are beautifully furnished and with the cold, snowy weather we we’re experiencing at the time, we appreciated the AC to heat the main room and the small floor heater provided in the apartment. Pleasure was an absolute pleasure at check in and I cannot recommend her enough, she made me feel so welcomed and remembered our preferences for the follow up stay. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast provided and found the apartment to be well equipped and modern. Tea, coffee, milk, hand soap and fresh towels are all provided which is another nice touch. Thank you for a fabulous stay, we hope to return soon.
