Don't let the modest exterior fool you. Diesha (pardon the spelling of incorrect) was super sweet and efficient when she checked me in. My room was amazingly clean and quiet. The bed was comfy, and the pillows were better than any other pillow I've had in a hotel. My only comment is that the wall heating/cooling unit was not functioning correctly. The air was either hot or cold, and I could not shut off the unit. I would absolutely stay here again!

Lobby smelled like my father in law after not working hard outside and not showering all weekend. Happy to report the room wasnt quite as smelly and was relatively clean aside from a small leak in from an unknown location in the bathroom. Overall its not bad for the cost fine for traveling to get a nights rest but i wouldnt stay for any longer.

I reserved a king and got two full beds. Bathroom very filthy.. bathroom floor was coming up. Hair all in the sheets and bathroom. Stains on the bed spreads. Roaches and a mouse inside. I called to be somewhat accommodated and was told no and the receptionist was very rude.. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I get the price was cheap but that was the asking price from the hotel. Doesn’t mean it has to be that way!!!!!

Can in for NEW YEARS EVE.. I’m a truck driver & didn’t want to sleep in my truck.. made easy discounted reservations for 2 nights. Mrs. Beth the receptionist was amazing stupendous wonderful, friendly, helpful she made to stay worth it. Well worth the stay.. even wash clothes! I was happy here!

Small, quiet, clean. Only grip was in room 105 the bathroom light switch is outside the bathroom.. which means you must wake up everyone else in order to use it

Literally didnt even stay one night, checked in staff was great. Got to our room we had a king room non smoking...smelled like smoke horribly and smashed bug guts on the walls, bathroom door was broke had to hold it shut while using was also a crack on the door like someone tried to break in just not a place id recommend. If the owners put some money into their property id glady try again. Was refunded most the money thankfully

It was a very no frills experience. No food or beverages available, but the room was very clean and it was easy to adjust the temperature. Anytime I wanted something (like a blanket) they were very happy to provide it.

This hotel smelled clean and felt clean. It looked clean as well! Everything was in working condition and we decided to spend the rest of our vacation here. We didn't need the perks from regular hotels like breakfast, shampoo, room service. We were not disturbed by housekeeping at all. We extended our stay twice. The clerks were very accommodating. The room was super affordable and much better than places we stayed at for a lot more money!! Thank you American Inn!!

This property was barely adequate, room was clean, comfortable but old and sp**** needing paint and updating.
