the room is good and very comfortable. But the staff is very rude. The hotel does not have breakfast. The room was not cleaned. We had one pillow for two people. Towels were not changed. It wastes everything. The service is very bad. I don't recommend it to anyone

The good, Great location, the rooms are really big in the penthouse room and have a jacuzzi on the balcony. The bad, Towels are of really low quality with fluff everywhere on the body The beds are too soft sink in the bed Breakfast consists of toast and boiled eggs every day no kettle, hairdryer or iron in room No privacy when showering as there is no door The Ugly, Rooms are not cleaned every day unless you ask them to and even when I did they did not clean them properly Went down a few times and no one at the front desk to help with anything Mats on the reception floor are old and a trip hazard It is a shame as with some improvements this could be a nice hotel, does not cost much to put out some fruit and pastries for breakfast but I would never stay here again.

I left my $279. AirPod ll in the room and a $40 cigar lighter.? I went back a few hours later they had my lighter and the apple lanyard which had my AirPods connected. What a coincidence there was no AirPod twos there hooked to a necklace that they gave me. It’s difficult to take it off too. Somebody actually took it off. They should’ve just stole the whole thing because I have pictures of the lanyard connected to the Apple AirPod ll. It was left over the right window when you come in the room and look right on the windowsill.

We arrived later in the evening. When we went inside there was very little lighting coming into the hotel and no lighting in the hallways leading to the elevator. The room we stayed in was nice. It felt like you was staying at someone's home instead of a hotel. The bed was very comfortable, but very few toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast was not good. It seemed it was an after thought. The decore of the hotel was very interesting.

There is no Parking inside the hotel and it is really inconvenient! because finding a parking in the area is very difficult!!

Rooms were advertised with housekeeping. We had to beg the front desk for freah towels and only saw housekeeping 1 time in 5 days. There were nos tissues in the room or in the hotel. They msde 1 pot of coffee for the whole hotel and refused to make more. Nothing to eat, except toast. Room was semi-clean at first, but the trash piled up due to no housekeeping. The whole place was humid, damp and smelled moldy a little. A very strange hotel. The advertised pictures and hotel were very different in person.

Check in was great with Nick at front desk, Room was clean and nice. The continental breakfast was most disappointing. Only had white bread for toast and coffee that was late.

Hotel has been nicely renovated and is clean and modern. The room was a little odd with the shower open into the bedroom. Breakfast was toast and coffee, however they were out of jam for your toast. There is no parking available.

Could be cleaner in certain areas u can tell they don’t do deep cleaning at all… I am a cleaning business owner.. could be better but not BAD
