Çok uzun yolculuk sonrası gece yarısı ailem ile otele girdiğimde resepsiyondaki suratı hiç gülmeyen ve hiç birşekilde yardımcı olmayan iki resepsiyonist tarafından karşılandık ve kabus başladı …trip com üzerinden 1 ay önce yaptırmış olduğum ve kahvaltı dahil ücretini ödediğim odamızın rezervasyonu olmadığını ücretinin dahi ödenmediğini söylediler. Defalarca ödeme dekontlarımızı ve voucherı göstermeye çalışsakta bakmak bile istemediler .Vurdumduymaz umursamaz tavırları çok kötüydü Gece yarısı kabusundan kurtulmak için sonunda ben tekrar ücret ödemek zorunda kaldım .Yetkili müdürleri olmadığı için trip coma ulaşsamda onlarında yardımı taki diğer günün öğlenine kadar olamadı.Sabah kahvaltısına geçtiğimizde yine ücret sorunu oldu ve sonunda rezervasyonunuzu şimdi bulduk dediler Odadaki duş muslukları açılmıyor odalar eski kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Resepsiyonist olan iki erkek personel inanılmaz vurdumduymaz oysaki gece bize yardımcı olmaya çalışsalar bile ben yine tekrar ödeme yapardım …kısaca miami gezimize kötü başlamamıza sebeb oldular

Unfortunately, the hotel was filthy! Stains and spills all over the floors. Outdated shower….could barely get the shower to work, the drain was clogged, stains in the tub, gross!!!!!

I requested a king bed standard room when booking. They gave us a double bed and when I pointed out that we had booked a king bed I was told I hadn’t requested this when booking. When I showed them the confirmation email indicating a king bed, the staff rudely told me there were no king bed rooms left without any apology. There was food left in the fridge and hair/sticky mystery goo on the sink counter. The room has thin walls and you can hear your neighbor talking through the walls. For one night before a flight, it was nice having the beach right outside. I wouldn’t waste my vacation days on this hotel otherwise.

Signed up for 4 adults only received 2 tickets for beach chairs and umbrellas overall would go back, bartenders was friendly and funny.

Property needs renovation and a/c in room never got cold. TV is old with bad signal and shotty wifi

Only here for one night, but love the pool area and the ease to access the beach. Tony from valet and Jimmy at the front desk are amazing and made us feel incredibly welcomed!

The property is beautiful. Our problem was with the staff. When we arrived, we were put in the wrong room. When we stated that we were in the wrong room, we were told that there were no rooms that we had reserved. I was very confused about that because how did I reserve a room that they didn’t have? After 2 days, We finally got moved to the room we had reserved but we were not compensated for the cost difference. Additionally, we were not given any washcloths. We were told they didn’t have any?!?! We finally got some delivered from the staff and they brought us 15.

On the positive side, the housekeeping staff were commendable for their professionalism and consistency, ensuring our room was clean daily. Additionally, Dan, the tiki bar bartender, was a highlight with his exceptional service and friendliness. Conversely, the hotel had several drawbacks. The front desk service lacked warmth and efficiency, failing to provide the welcoming atmosphere expected at a hotel's reception. Elevator access was limited, with only two available for all guests, resulting in long waits that inconvenienced our daily plans. The laundry facilities, while clean, required quarters without the hotel offering change, causing an additional hassle for those needing to use the machines. Moreover, the lobby was often crowded and noisy, primarily due to large tour groups, detracting from the overall ambiance and making it difficult to find a quiet space. In summary, the Holiday Inn Miami Beach Oceanfront offers basic accommodations with a few notable positives like excellent housekeeping and a charming tiki bar. However, those seeking more than basic amenities may find it lacking.
