Çok uzun yolculuk sonrası gece yarısı ailem ile otele girdiğimde resepsiyondaki suratı hiç gülmeyen ve hiç birşekilde yardımcı olmayan iki resepsiyonist tarafından karşılandık ve kabus başladı …trip com üzerinden 1 ay önce yaptırmış olduğum ve kahvaltı dahil ücretini ödediğim odamızın rezervasyonu olmadığını ücretinin dahi ödenmediğini söylediler. Defalarca ödeme dekontlarımızı ve voucherı göstermeye çalışsakta bakmak bile istemediler .Vurdumduymaz umursamaz tavırları çok kötüydü Gece yarısı kabusundan kurtulmak için sonunda ben tekrar ücret ödemek zorunda kaldım .Yetkili müdürleri olmadığı için trip coma ulaşsamda onlarında yardımı taki diğer günün öğlenine kadar olamadı.Sabah kahvaltısına geçtiğimizde yine ücret sorunu oldu ve sonunda rezervasyonunuzu şimdi bulduk dediler Odadaki duş muslukları açılmıyor odalar eski kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Resepsiyonist olan iki erkek personel inanılmaz vurdumduymaz oysaki gece bize yardımcı olmaya çalışsalar bile ben yine tekrar ödeme yapardım …kısaca miami gezimize kötü başlamamıza sebeb oldular

Overall very poor experience a storm had blown Portuguese Man of war up on shore and in the water. We were unfortunately unfamiliar and our 5 year old daughter was stung very badly. As it happened a staff cleaning the beach directed us to the lifeguard station and told us what had stung her. I asked how we avoid it in the future and he said the hotel should be advising guests not to go in the water, it was not safe. It was an extremely painful experience for my daughter and ruined our trip. The staff were very difficult to communicate with and generally seemed uninterested in assisting guests. The onsite restaurant does not have gluten free options, we spoke to the chef who said it was not safe for gluten free. The air conditioner in our room leaked so badly we had to leave a trash can under it or the carpet was soaked. They advised hot water would be off between 5am and 7am and by checkout time we still did not have hot water to shower before we left. Overall extremely disappointed and would not return.

Like other reviewers say, it’s right on the beach and so a great value just because of that. Perfect if you’re on a budget traveling for business, but I wouldn’t go here as a vacation place

Room was very small. And window was small and high made the room felt like a prison cell. Fire alarm was going on in tests every day for my stay. Staff was overwhelmed and I can feel how much they don’t want to be there. Food other than breakfast was horrible and breakfast is basic and the same everyday. The bathroom of the room was very weird with faucet that is very very complicated and to get the tub water running u need both hands to pull and twist and keep trying till it works. Sink is so high if u r short u would really suffer and of course if u have kids that is mission impossible. Pillows are paper thin. I had to use 4 ac is only cold and I had to sleep in my jacket even if I turn the ac off. It was still cold outside. If u r looking for comfort or hospitality u won’t find them there The beach was awesome though

Everything was great at this hotel. Staff were excellent especially Omar & Wesley at the bars. The only negative I can think of is that the housekeeping staff was mat at all friendly… just a simple smile and acknowledgement would go a long way

Unfortunately, the hotel was filthy! Stains and spills all over the floors. Outdated shower….could barely get the shower to work, the drain was clogged, stains in the tub, gross!!!!!

I requested a king bed standard room when booking. They gave us a double bed and when I pointed out that we had booked a king bed I was told I hadn’t requested this when booking. When I showed them the confirmation email indicating a king bed, the staff rudely told me there were no king bed rooms left without any apology. There was food left in the fridge and hair/sticky mystery goo on the sink counter. The room has thin walls and you can hear your neighbor talking through the walls. For one night before a flight, it was nice having the beach right outside. I wouldn’t waste my vacation days on this hotel otherwise.

Signed up for 4 adults only received 2 tickets for beach chairs and umbrellas overall would go back, bartenders was friendly and funny.
