The hotel is overstaffed by receptionist who stand around and talk while we make everybody wait until 3 o’clock to help them basically. There’s not enough housekeeping so people who arrive like we did at nine in the morning. Have to sit and wait until 3 o’clock for a room, the reason they provided was because The cleaning lady was still cleaning the rooms. I guess they opened them all up at the same time because the lobby and the upstairs waiting area were full with people sleeping on the floors, not very luxurious. The amenities were horrible. You get one roll of toilet paper no tissues, one bath towel per adults and one hand wash towel for everyone in the room to use when asked to provide another one they said they were not allowed to. Also, the room was limited to one cup of coffee and one sugar and no stir sticks so we had to use our toothbrush to mix our coffee in the morning. The amenities are horrible, and the attention was as bad I would dearly hope that they fix these things because it’s a brand new hotel another thing was that the towels are nice but they’re not luxurious as they feel like they don’t get washed with good laundry detergent and do not use any softener as they are hard kind like motel six I do not recommend this hotel unless you bring your own towels bring your own pack of sugar For your coffee and tea and your own amenities!

Lots of good food options near by. There’s a coffee/restaurant next door that is open 24/7 and it has great coffee and food. Everything is within walking distance.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, friendly employees. I enjoyed staying at Bellas Artes Hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. I do have a few suggestions about the bathroom. I think another hook is needed to place the bathrobe or cloths you are going to wear after you shower. Or perhaps a small stool in the bathroom to place the cloths. Since there are two or more people sharing a room. My cousin would hang her towel on the hook and I would hang my towel on the towel hook. But then we did not have any where to hang our bathrobe or place our cloths. Also the toilet paper holder was broken in our room so we had to place it on top of the toilet. The mini-refrigerator had juice, coke, 2 Modelo beers and one mineral water Penafiel. I asked the lady who supplied the drinks if we could have 2 mineral waters instead of the Modelo beer since we do not drink beer. She said no, its the standard. I think this should change because if you do not drink beer it should be changed for mineral water. First time I heard this policy, I have stayed at other hotels and they are always willing to replace the beer for the mineral water. Or even plain water, there were a couple of times, our housekeeper would not leave any water and we would have to ask at reception desk for water. Beside this, everything else was wonderful, delicious breakfast everyday and friendly waiters and hostess. Hopefully in the future, Bellas Artes hotel will offer lunch and dinner meals. Hard working employees. I loved the Bellas Artes hotel. Thank you.

Very convenient hotel when visiting museums, 10-15 min walk from Zocalo. Felt very safe walking late at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They do offer airport pick up and drop off if you call and schedule it. Would stay again.
