I loved the private and peaceful rooftop, jacuzzi and gym. The host was very accommodating. I slept so well!!!!

Worst hotel I have ever staiy in. When we got into the room, we founded there were lots of hairs in between the sheets, a staff have to come from her house to change the beds (there is no one on premise in the night, except for a security guard). Our room had a balcony and glass windows doors. There was so much noise, we couldn’t sleep all night, we could even hear people talking while they pass by. I told the staff about the situation and they change me to a much smaller room (but there was no more noise) The next day the elevator broke, so we have to go up and down the stairs for the rest of our stay in the place. I paid top dollar because it’s location. But it really was a nigh**are. To exit the hotel, the security guard most press a bottom to open the door, I don’t think the fire depar**ent could have approved this. And while we stay we notice the same security guard for 24 hours and the then another for 14 hours. i Ask about this and I was told they do not have enough personnel!!!

They were very accommodating and quick to respond during our stay. The property was very clean and quiet. Would strongly recommend if looking for a hotel in the Polanco area.

This place is amazing! Came to mexico city to visit my daughter and we had shopping plans so this place was ideal. Laura was super nice and gave us great recommendations.

From the moment I booked, the host made me feel welcome. They provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining. The apar**ent itself is a sanctuary in the heart of Polanco. Clean, modern, and inviting – it's a true home away from home.

El lugar es perfecto, el apartamento como tal, asi como la ubicación, muy cerca de los mejores centros comerciales y restaurantes, la atencion y servicio del personal tambien fue excelente!!

Las instalaciones son de muy buena calidad. El personal de atención y seguridad son excelentes. En eso se llevan un diez. Tuvimos un problema con una cortina pero fue resuelto por personal de mantenimiento al día siguiente. El problema que deben resolver urgentemente es tener servicio de estacionamiento.
