그랜드 폴랑코 레지덴셜(Grand Polanco Residencial)

Fantastic service,clean well equipped rooms, staff are very attentive and helpfull. The design of the room is very conducive to a comfortable stay,wonderful location, easy to go anywhere from here, my family felt very safe in this area because of private security everywhere, will definitely return to this apartment hotel. 😀

The residential is beautiful. The location is amazing. The room is not very clean and although the mattress was very comfortable, the bed itself super noisy every time you turn wooden frame made a lot of noise so it was very uncomfortable. I would stay again, but probably ask for another apartment

First we went to the front desk to check in and we requested to the the lady working at the front desk to give us a room in the 3rd floor and she accepted but after she gave us the key to the room in the first floor and when we asked her why it was in the first floor she brought her administrator and she was denying our requests and told us that we can cancel and leave right now and was acting very rude and being disrespectful to our family. We also asked for her name and she refused to give it. There is no installation in the hotel so we can hear a lot of noise from outside and it makes you feel like you are sleeping in the street. We stayed for three nights but we couldn’t properly sleep well so don’t waste your money.

Excelente ubicación! Seguramente volveremos. Nos encantó nuestra estancia. Recepcion ingresó poco amable. Sin embargo la persona que estaba en nuestro Check out muy agradable y el portero excelente… muy amable. La limpieza excelente al entrar. Segundo día regular, pero en general todo muy bien. Opción de desayuno, si es básicamente café, jugo y cereal. Todo muy limpio y ordenado.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel/apartment/condo configuration in our one bedroom suite. Very quiet neighborhood while still very close to the main street leading to high end shopping and very nice restaurants. Very clean room and bathroom. Lots of water pressure at the shower. Will stay again in the future. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay. We loved the water pressure/hot water. 24 hour security which made easy to get in and out. Everyone was very friendly. Only suggestion is to have the agreements in English too. We signed them but didnt really understand everything we were signing :) Lots of places to eat and shop. Very walkable and safe.

Ha sido una experiencia muy buena quedarnos en este hotel, por sus características, precio y ubicación. Nos llevamos una sorpresa al saber que los domingos no había desayuno y al no poder dejar las maletas en un lugar cerrado después del checkout, antes de irnos al aeropuerto. Considerarnos que ambos puntos son facilmente subsanables y los únicos peros para que nuestra experiencia hubiera sido perfecta. Gracias

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado. A una cuadra se encuentra un supermercado para comprar lo que se necesite. Nos fuimos caminando a Chapultepec. Te sientes como en casa

The property was very quaint and clean and comfortable as well as perfectly located centrally to the sights and other neighbourhoods we wanted to see. The area is also nice and safe and modern. The only thing I would change would be the quality of breakfast (although it is included in the rate so not bad) and the size of the gym. If 2 people are in the gym it is overcrowded.
