The idea of a perfect weekend is only fulfilled at a destination like ITC GRAND BHARAT. We were at the property to celebrate my husbands birthday and the team made it really special. 1. Starting with our room, it was neat, fragrant and the villa pool was super clean. The housekeeping team did a great job every time we requested for their services (we have 2 boys and they kept moving in & out of the pool hence we requested the services more than twice.) Served with a big smile each time. Special mention for PRABHAT from housekeeping team. 2. Our first dinner was at ARAVALLI PAVILION. Do not miss to try their footlong margerita pizza with burratta & ricotta spinach dumpling in pink sauce. Special mention to CHOGEL, chef YASHITA. 3. We had his birthday dinner at INDIA ROOM and opted for the set menu multicourse meal. We are glad we opted for authentic Indian food for that the team persisted us to try. Special mention to RITESH for serving us impeccably through the evening. We can’t miss but mention RAJENDRA for curating our evening so beautifully & having the table set use so beautifully. 4. Breakfasts have been a delight thanks to the amazing multi cuisine food and flawless service by ASHISH. 5. MUNFAID has been our property guide and helped us explore the beauty of it through his fun cart rides. Overall this weekend has been nothing but perfection for us. A big thank you to the team

Our experience overall was ok. The room was clean, the kitchen staff has been super and the swimming pool gifted us chill and nice moments. The water was clean and the area really well maintained. Chef Yashita attended us with competence, care and an amazing smile. She has been one of the real gems of our experience at the hotel. Whenever she will be there you will feel home with a kick of poshness and extra care. And her personalized salads are a sweet dream Unfortunately people at the desk have been rigid and created problems without reason, a better training in terms of welcoming guests should be provided. For a minor technical and common problem from our side they were ready to send us back home and take the full amount which has been payed in advance. The kids staff was pretty absent and without any interest in being nice with kids. the property is really beautiful but they need to improve with few very important aspects.

It was a wonderful experience staying there. The hospitality was wonderful.. they were courteous and respectful. Prabhat and vinod in housekeeping department We’re really excellent and helped us when needed. The extended seating area outside the room and the beautiful gazebo on the roof was a stunner

The best Property i have visited so far Near Delhi NCR. Great Property with best hospitality. The food was amazing, the staff was so helpful, Rooms are full of luxury. I stayed at the property for two nights and i had the best experience with the ITC Grand Bharat.
