I had a terrible experience with this hotel. At my first stay the ground floor flooded. At night the bar had live music and kept guests up until late at night. The location is convient so I decided to give it another go. It was off season so I banked on the live music not happening. I booked a room and I paid up front. I go to the area regularly as my son karts at a local kart track. Due to work commitments I was unable to arrive on the arrival day, so I messaged the hotel and I them asked to swap out the name on the room to a colleague who was supporting my son, but would arrive the next day. Despite me paying in advance for my room the hotel resold my room and they refused to give me a refund. if a customer has not paid for a reservation and does not show up on time it’s understandable for the hotel to sell the room. In this instance I paid in full and the room was mine. Instead of resolving this issue they refused to give me a refund. I get it Radisson, you value the $700, more than my life time custom. Keep it and best of luck. I’ll never stay at this hotel or any Radisson again.
