何よりもまず、ホストの方が親切でとても丁寧です。チェックイン前に連絡をとり、スムーズに部屋まで入ることができました。 部屋はとても清潔でおしゃれなデザインです。特にシャワー室が広く、とても快適に過ごせます。ウェルカムドリンクもありがたいです。 到着時刻の都合による早めのチェックインやチェックイン後に荷物を預けることもアレンジしてくれました。 みなさんにおすすめしたいてす。

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Il b&b si trova all'intenzione di un grande palazzo e in zona centrale. La camera era di recente manifattura e molto pulita. Tutti ok Lo consiglio.

We spent only one night there but the location is convenient enough. The room is spacious and clean which makes a very tired family feel restful and relaxed after travelling. We had to leave by 7am in the next morning and did notice the business owner had some croissants ready for breakfast at the reception area.

Very strange place with no customer service. Not sure it belongs on ********** as it is more of a self serve room in a hallway of 6 rooms. No person on site to greet you, rooms very spartan without even a drinking glass. Hard bed, decent linens. But the location was perfect for making connections between the ferry and the train.

There was nothing really ‘wrong’ with the property. It was very clean and close to the train station. We weren’t on the Main Street, but on the side street and it was still a bit noisy (but quiet between 12 am and 7 am). I gave the property 3 stars due to the fact the the host was a bit hard to get a hold of-when I reached him by phone, he didn’t seem to know why I was calling and I had messaged him a few times on *******; they had issues with our card to pay (our credit card company had no record of them attempting a transaction, and he only wanted cash); the breakfast was very simple, but still ok; his co-host was not ‘UNfriendly,’ he just wasn’t friendly at all (not more than one word from him in the morning; the bed was very hard. But overall, a solid 3 out of 5. And good value what they charged. A good place for one night, but not any longer.

They were very responsive to questions. Great location to ferry and train and restaurants.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff do not respond to emails but then at end of your visit, want an appraisal asking how to improve.The room was spacious but that's all. The host was abrupt. The sink and shower drains were mostly blocked. There was no breakfast, despite the breakfast door sign indicating 8:00 start. When someone finally did show, he said the breakfast room was closed and we could get a cold coffee and sandwich at a nearby cafe with a voucher which we had to ask for. That was substandard and NOT what is advertised on booking sites. This is false advertising and therefore dishonest. This should be in the category "B & NO B. I doubt if any of the positive reviews are genuine.

Good communication, easy access, good breakfast, clean, walk-able, close to train station. Helpful staff

Clean, and spacious room, with everything you need. Good location, only negative would be the very limited breakfast options, with only fruits, bread and yogurts.
