I was looking book a room for the same night it was after 3am. When I booked online it turns out it was for later that day. So when to go the front desk to see if they could help me out with the change the person in the front office was rude and didn’t want to help in anyway saying he could only sell me another room for the night. Also it was a non refundable so even though right after the fact I just wanted to change the night they did not and I got charged for for a room I didn’t use the next day. Horrible experience will never stay at another red roof again. And I’ll be disputing the charge on my credit card.
