1. The shower bathroom drainage was terrible. Smelled bad 2. There was this club downstairs, the noise was in the hotel room and continued to midnight. Had no rest until it stopped late at night.

Clean hotel, in good overall condition, friendly and helpful staff; good breakfast.

It was good stay, but it is important to flag that the hotel has no sea view :)

This hotel was very disappointing! Rooms were average, however we stayed in July and the reception was the only portion of the building that air conditioning. The rest of the hotel felt as though you had entered a steam room! Also, there is no lift, so you are sweating by the time you reach your room and air conditioning inside the room was not good at all! Staff were rude and unhelpful and did not speak ANY English. We opted to "pay at hotel" but were told our card would be charged anyway?! After leaving, I found my card had been charged twice! No explanation. We had not taken anything from the minibar and left the room in perfect condition?! Contacted the hotel, but was repeatedly disconnected by frustrated staff who only spoke Turkish. ********** were also absolutely useless in helping me and told me to contact the hotel as I had been charged directly by them! Simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Most definitely NOT worth it's 4 star rating! I would not recommend at all.

Not happy

After driving 3 hours to Mersin in the night you are expecting comfortable room and good attitude. Smells of sigarete was disgusting inside our room and to our comments to give us different room the answer of men employee on the reception was if you don’t like this room either leave either no any options!!! After arguing of 30 min at 2 am we got what we wanted. Photos aren’t matching reality!

Excellent hotel with very large rooms. Great value for the rate they charged us. Every person on the staff was friendly and courteous, from the room cleaning crew, the breakfast servers and the front desk. It was my first time in Mersin and I asked them millions questions, always polite and helpful. I actually called them 411. Breakfast was awesome even for Turkish standards. It included hot bar, daily changed soup, salad bar, fruit bar at least 5 different cheeses, dry fruits and my favorite raw honey. The only drawback is sometimes you smell cigarettes smoke coming throw from the other rooms. A drawback for the whole beautiful country of Turkey, not a fault of the hotel. With all honesty, for the whole 14 days I was there I didn’t see one hotel staff smoke at all inside or outside. BTW, I asked for 4 pm late check out and there was no problem. I would definitely come back again and again.
