It is very nice to stay there. It is a bit old, yet my family had a very comfortable one night.

Very nice and helpful front desk. Comfy bed, not too soft. Initially a slight garlic smell in the air, but it was cleared easily

Advertised as having a hottub and pool. When we checked in we were told it was open till 9pm. When we went to use it it was out of order. Only reason we went to this hotel was for the hottub otherwise would have gone elsewhere.

Brand new air conditioner and very quiet. Bed was comfortable and the pillows are awesome.

Excellent stay. We got there late. Front desk closes at 11 pm but they have a emergency door bell you can ring, which we did to check in because it was midnight. Room was clean and quiet and I enjoyed the blackout curtains, bed was very comfy as well and towels were fluffy just perfect for a hot shower.

PLUS: Friendly reception, clean room, quiet surroundings and the spacious room has a microwave and fridge. A BIT ODD: no elevator for 3 storey building, though you can enter from the 2nd floor at the back. Also, no way to control the room temperature: no thermostat, no controls available on the heating/AC? unit. I found it slightly cool and the heater did come on briefly in the early morning on a frosty night. Not a problem for me, but if you want it warmer or cooler you might need to talk to management.

We booked this hotel for 1 night of a road trip. We booked a Superior room based on the description. We did not get what was advertised. Room 101 is disgusting. It is dirty. The air-conditioning does not work. The sheets don't fit the mattress. The fan in the bathroom is so loud it sounds like a jet plane taking off. The breakfast is a joke. I do not recommend this hotel. It needs to be renovated completely.

The woman that worked there by the name of Komal was very helpful and friendly. However the young man who worked there by the name of Anil was not very helpful. At breakfast he wanted to wait until the waffle machine was completely empty before he filled it. We asked to have it refilled after we used the last of it and he said no, the next customer could come and ask him to refill it when they wanted some waffles but there was still an hour left before breakfast was over and other people were still coming in for breakfast.
