Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Boise - Meridian

The hotel is newer and clean. The beds are reasonably comfortable. My problem was when i checked in and was told it was $25 per night for a pet. That is not what ******* says. I pointed this out to the staff at check in and he said he was going to charge me $25 per night but acknowledged that is not what ******* showed and said he would talk to his manager and he them get in touch with me. Two nights later I checked out without hearing anything from anyone about the pet fee. Also it says it is breakfast included which is technically accurate but has very little. Yogurt, small muffinsand hard boiled eggs were about it. The room was clean. I dont like poor customer service.

Simple room, comfortable mattresses, newer facility. No fluff or frills, just a simple clean room with a nice bed. Included breakfast was disappointing, just a cold breakfast and not much selection.

It's a new hotel, so everything is pretty clean. It's definitely no frills. There is a full size fridge, two burners, a sink and microwave. If you need pans, dishes, hairdryer, etc. you have to get it from the front desk. Breakfast is yogurt, granola bars, and donuts. They have coffee in the lobby but there isn't a coffee maker in the room. Overall it's comfortable.

Stay was great! Sarah checked us in and was so kind and thoughtful on Christmas. She even saved us hot chocolate for when we came back from dinner. Sarah is the best! The only complaint was pillows weren’t super comfy and we each needed two, so there weren’t enough.

Very easy check in and out. Spacious rooms and beds were clean and comfortable

The facility is new and very clean. The room was super clean, loved the LVT floors instead of carpet. The room is somewhat stark feeling, very simply decorated so not real warm and fuzzy. However, the amenities provided in the room and kitchenette were outstanding and we were impressed with how clean everything was.

Very friendly staff. Love how clean and convenient the rooms are.

Place was great for a quick last minute stay. No breakfast, which was a slight bummer. But there was food available for purchase

Do not stay there!!!! My interaction with the young woman And the manager...without having to write pages upon pages of what happened, are the absolute worst as they come!!! I should have gone with my instincts not to stay there, when I drove into the parking lot and there were hardly any cars parked in their parking lot. At 5:00 pm? Red flag. That one decision in not leaving...made my stay a living hell!!! And yes, I plan on writing to the headquarters of this company. No guests should be treated this way...ever. And I will make sure that they aren't going to get away with it!!!
