La suite con pileta privada es increíble. Todo el personal es muy amable. Muy recomendable para hosped**** y descansar en mérida. Caminas como 12 min al centro. Como a 5 min esta el Mercado de Santiago.

This charming little hotel was our oasis from the heat and bustle of the city. Having a spacious room with a private little courtyard and plunge pool was heaven after enduring sweltering temperatures. The plunge pool was much cooler than the common pool. So glad we opted for the courtyard amenities-well worth the extra $! The beds were comfy, linens were crisp, bathrooms well appointed with organic shower products-not those tiny little single-use bottles. Breakfast offered traditional choices as well as Yucatanean offerings, and the service was excellent. This hotel is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and about a 10 minute walk to the nearest market. We were able to summon an Uber within 9 minutes for longer treks. If you desire a lovely, quiet, quaint haven from the hustle and noise of the city, Hotel Unknown is an excellent choice!

Por un lado, nos asignaron una habitación muy espaciosa con terraza posterior para sentarte a tomar el fresco, amplio baño. La habitación en sí muy cómoda. Por otro lado algunos detalles a considerar... El acceso a las habitaciones es un tanto accidentado con troncos al piso, puedes tropezar o resbalar además de no poder rodar las maletas. Llovió fuerte y se metió un poco de agua a la habitación por uno de los cristales de la terraza. El agua de la regadera permanece poco tiempo bien caliente y después pasa a estar tibia. La ventilación del baño ilumina de frente el espejo de vanidad, es un poco difícil maquillarte en el baño durante el día. No cuenta con estacionamiento propio aunque en horarios fuera de oficina, es fácil encontrar espacio a orilla de banqueta. Tuve un percance donde se desprendió una cenefa de madera que aunque me golpeó la cabeza, no pasó a mayores... El hotel tiene excelente ubicación, un concepto lindo y buena atención.

I was a bit hesitant booking since it seemed it was a bit far from the Centro but it turned out to be a short and easy walk. We reserved two rooms, one king room and another with the small pool outside. Both were spacious and well worth it. Everyone on staff I spoke to or were assisted by were very friendly and accommodating; they also gave us a great reference for touring Uxmal as well. It was convenient to have breakfast/dinner there too, no need to venture out. I'm definitely staying there again when visiting Merida!

Aproveche que tenia que venir de trabajo a Mérida para quedarme en un lugar lindo como este pero no me funcionó. Una noche no tuvimos Luz y por lo tanto no servía la bomba de agua. Entonces ni Luz, ni agua, ni manera de cargar teléfonos ni internet obvio. La red de Internet complicada y no hay teléfonos en los cuartos para llamar y pedir apoyo. En la recepción se molestan si uno se queja por lo que falta entendimiento del servicio y lo básico qué deben ofrecer como hotel. Así que lindo el lugar pero no funcional si uno quiere mezclar algo de trabajo con placer. No regreso ya qué debo estar en línea con pila en celular e Internet y no me fue posible.

Muy buen lugar excelente ambientación muy recomendable, el personal es muy amable tratan de complacer en todo lo que uno requiere, buena comida , se adaptan a los niños, la habitación muy confortable, cumple con todo lo prometido

Me encantó. Los cuartos son amplios, cómodos, todo muy limpio. El hotel es precioso, bien decorado. La alberca super agradable y da un espacio para refugi**** del calor y descansar un rato. Excelente localización. Sumamente recomendable.

Hidden in the Santiago neighborhood on Calle 53, this incredible gem is a neighborhood oasis. Service is 5 star. It’s an intimate place to grab a. Quiet drink and relax unrushed. Come here for breakfast if you can if you can and work your way down the menu. It’s all great. But above all, a great place to bring your significant other or s good friend and just hang out.
