Madame Vacances Hôtel & Spa le Mottaret

Wonderful hotel, I had such a good trip. Being able to get straight onto the slopes from the hotel was amazing and I especially enjoyed the spa to relax. My room was to a very high standard and had everything I needed, the bathroom was clean and modern and I spent time enjoying the fabulous views on my balcony. The communal areas were a great place to unwind and the food was delicious. But most of all I found my trip was made perfect by the excellent staff - thank you to Katie, Julien and the team for the perfect holiday! Can’t wait to come back!

This was our second year to Hotel Le Mottaret and it didn’t disappoint. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and my boys loved doing magic tricks and drinking mocktails with the bar staff! The food is some of the best we have had in a hotel in the alps, it is varied with a great choice each night. The place is clean and comfortable with a lovely pool area to relax in the evening. There is a great ski rental attached to the hotel and finally the location is amazing We will be back next year!!!

Cannot praise the staff, location, food and ambiance of this hotel enough. Incredibly friendly staff, easy to find location, great and LOTS of food in a lovely comfortable place. We were there for a family wedding held in the hotel and found everyone and everything just fabulous! Bravo team!!!

The most spectacular venue for a wedding , skiing , eating , relaxing. The staff were without exception terrific headed by the very brilliant Katie . The rooms really comfortable, housekeeping were all very helpful. Bar staff especially Hansome top of their game and restaurant and kitchen team absolutely were brilliant . The wedding feast and apres feast was exceptional . To sum it up , team Mottaret blasted it off the scale . Thank you all so very much for making our son and his new wife’s celebrations such a joyful and fabulous time . Not forgetting the really great team at ski France for smooth and haste free booking . We will be back !💗

Great week at Hotel Le Motteret! Amazing location, the staff are so friendly and really can’t do enough to make your stay just right! Both our 8 year old and 16 year old loved it too, the pool and spa is brilliant! Our rooms could do with a refresh but they were functional, light and spacious. We’ll be back! Thank you all and hope you have a nice rest at the end of the season!

Fabulous! The hotel goes from strength to strength. The great staff, the food quality and overall ambience make for a wonderful holiday. The rooms are well equipped and extremely comfortable. The pool and massage are a lovely touch especially when the ski conditions are challenging and your body aches all over! One of the best places I've stayed in France and so convenient to the ski slopes... a mere 10 metre walk from the ski lockers.

Just returned from a week skiing in 3 valleys staying at hotel half board. Had an amazing stay. Katie the manager couldn’t do enough for us. Room was ok though a bit tired but bathroom was updated n brilliant. Breakfast and dinners were perfect and plenty of choices. And ABBA night was great fun. Lounge area was very relaxing though sometimes difficult to get a seat if popular football on !! All the staff friendly. And hotel in great position to ski all the valleys 👍⛷️. And outdoor hot tub was perfect after a day’s skiing. Highly recommended

Brilliant hotel. This was my second yr on the run staying here. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is well kept and looked after. There is a pool table and a pool party which is always a blast for the kids! The one downside though was the food. The breakfast was good, lunch was hit and miss but tea was a real let down for us! However, the desserts did make up for it! We loved abba night as everyone has lots of fun and the live band in the bar was great. Would defo recommend a stay especially if wanting to ski in - ski out as the slope is super easy to get to.

Just a fantastic warm and welcoming place to be. The hotel manager Katie and her team go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The room was great (111) and what great spa facilities. The hotel is ski in ski out. First but definitely not the last time.
