멘스트루프 크로(Hotel Menstrup Kro)

The hotel is faded glory. First we got a room in the second building on the first floor. Dirty carpeting in the hallway, dingy bathroom with a fillty showercurtain and a strange irritating noise from the roof outside. Then, half an hour later, when I asked at the reception what the noise was, we got a new room on the ground floor without questioning or complaining. That room was renovated and much better. The beds and shower were comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. Notice: you have to ask for clean towels and roomcleaning. The escape doors were always wide open so anyone could get in, it didn't feel safe for burglary. The breakfast was very good, dinner was average. There is no vegetarian meal on the menu. Outside the reception you have a terrace, but if you want to park your car in the neighbourhood of your room you have to move the furniture and the people if they are on the terrace, strange place for a terrace on the driveway. There was space enough on the side of the building. The location is okay if you have a car to travel around.

It was fine, can definitely tell it’s an older property, and the walls between the rooms aren’t exactly soundproof either

We were met with a super run down facility. Everything needs repair, our room smelled either of old smoke (it is no smoking) or dirty water used in cleaning process. Meals were included and the first course at dinner was prepared and put on table 1.5 hours before it was served. The plate of cold smoked salmon was warm and the fish roe was dried fast onto the plate. We refused to eat it. They refused compensation. While the service personnel talked at their station they publically poured wine from 1 bottle to another to fill them up. Please remember this is COVID time. The neighbours are quite boistress, and had to ask for peace and quiet. They appear to be on the payroll. We woke up at 5am due to their nouse We hope our last night is a better one...The whole visit was prepaid.

absolut récommendable ; tres bon expirience tant de service; le restaurent et la chambre . LE SCHNIZEL COMME IL FAUT; l'acceuil tres chalereux pour une personne n'ayant pas reservé; si j'a l'occasion de passer par la , je retourne avec plaisir!

Hotellet känns inte fräscht och rent. Det finns en underliggande lukt som gör att man misstänker mögel någonstans.

Det var et nedslidt hotel, hvor tiden var løbet fra det. Værelserne var slidte og trænger til en større renovering. Toilettet var fyldt med skimmel i hjørnerne, og toilettet var gået i stykker og så beskidt ud. Der var gammelt makeup på håndklæderne. Morgenmaden var okay.

Meget koldt på værelset. Smal trappe op til værelset. Vi spiste på hotellet en aften, det and vo fik var uspiseligt, vi er ikke kræsne, det var brændt/ sort skal, kødet var tørt, jeg opgav at spise noget af det, min mand forsøgte. Da vi sagde det til kokken blev han vred, sagde fet var os det var galt med. Der vsr kun and på menuen den aften

Mycket att göra. Minigolf, biljard, pingisbord och även pool i källaren. Inga världsbanor men fungerande för familjeskoj. Bra mat och bra service. Vi kommer igen.
