Absolutely ruined our holiday going here..the first room 237 and patio filthy..words cannot express how grubby this room was I have many photos to prove the dirty sink and taps with mould..a large crack in washbasin which looked like some sick had been left in bathroom mould and dirt in many areas ..dirty toilet which included poo stains..broken biscuits on bedroom floor and handprints all over glass on wardrobe doors xx we had to wait over 24 hours for room change to 314 we had to go in the pool to enable to have a shower!! However the 2nd room and area was not much better..BIG overhaul and cleaning needed everywhere including the messy poorly kept garden areas totally neglected grass 2 foot in many parts..plus cafe couldn't do coffee you had also to pay for bar drinking glasses and pay for bottled water!!!! Certainly not 4 star ,!! Never go there again..beware of mould in all swimming pools too..TUI you need to re assess this grubby run down place!!
