Amazing view, so impressive

Very clean property. Steps away from the ferry terminal and walkable distance to restaurants and to explore the town. We had a wonderful stay. We just were located beside the stairwell which was a bit loud at times throughout the early evening / night. But otherwise stunning views, friendly staff, and great breakfast and dinner menus. Would stay again.

The view to the lake was amazing! The pool was very enjoyable. General look of the hotel is slightly dated, but the room was surprisingly modern and super clean, as well as spacious.

Great location only a few minutes from the town and ferry port. Day staff are okay but the night manager is a bit rude to guests. Bar staff are very friendly. The hotel is a little dated but clean. Pool was open and a nice temperature to swim (early September) Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous views, pretty convenient location to the ferry and bus. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

We stayed there for 3 nights in the attic rooms in August, wasn’t too hot, amazing views and good room! It is very close to the ferry and all the shops in Menaggio! I would stay here again!

Great location with every room overlooking the water. We had a balcony which was great to watch the sunset and have a drink. The ferry wax nearby as was a bus stop. The staff were mostly friendly but unfortunately we encountered a rude staff member at the restaurant and did not go back.

Absolutely perfect location within the town. Very easy to find with or without a sat nav. The view from the rooms out onto the lake are beautiful and having such a huge bed is a real plus. They have powerful showers which is also really good thing. You must eat at the in house restaurant, the food really is flavoursome and fairly priced. If you ask for parking upon arrival, it is helpful as it can be busy around the streets. We will defiantly stay there again.

The good, the bad and the ugly. Wonderful setting, room and prices. Great breakfast. One ugly: At 230 am during our first night, the fire alarm went off. Down the staircase we went (dodgy carpet and under lit) from the fourth floor until my wonderful wife fell on the second floor landing, twisting her ankle. After going outside in the rain with no help from staff, we finally filtered our way back to the hotel lobby and practically had to beg for ice. Initially, and for the next four days, despite some subtle hints, we basically received no concern or sympathy from the staff. The injured ankle put a limit on our ability to enjoy the holiday. Again, nice place but do a little bit more when there’s a (false) fire alarm and someone gets hurt.
