You not only have the benefit of being located in the heart of Memphis within walking distance of nearly anything you might want to see downtown, but the space is completely upgraded with top-of-the-line appliances & state-of-the-art smart home technology. It's a perfect confluence of historical elegance with modern convenience. You have exclusive use of the entire condo, including bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and the washer/dryer. You also have have a dedicated parking space in the gated parking lot adjacent to the building. This is a one-bedroom condo with a king bed, but I also provide a self-inflating queen-size Aerobed complete with sheets & blankets that you can use to easily accommodate a total of four people. Note that unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator in the historic Ambassador Hotel. Guests must be able to climb 2 flights of stairs.
