Прекрасный тихий и комфортный отель в пешей доступности от аэропорта. В этот раз завтраки не брали, но в прошлом году были достойные. Удобные кровати, очень чисто, а главное, еще раз - очень тихо. Если нужно выспаться перед утренним рейсом самое оно)

Bett war sehr ungemütlich

I have rated this hotel mostly for the room size, cleanliness and the convenient location right next to the airport. But most importantly for Diana. She’s the real gem. Polite, professional, proactive and problem solving. The lady at the breakfast room was really sweet, helpful and understanding too and I apologize for not getting her name. The Housekeeping staff was also very accommodating. It is a pity there’s no small fridge/freezer available in the room itself. I did use the ‘common one’ and Diana, an mentioned previously was really spot on at solving my ‘special request’. There is also no f&b outlet open after 5pm so basically there’s nothing around. But the village is only a few minutes away by car. I do have an important feedback to give about my experience though and as a hotelier myself I dislike to voice it this way. Overall, my stay at Bergers Airporthotel was convenient due to its proximity to Memmingen Airport. The option to walk to the airport or use their airport transfer for 20 euros was handy. Additionally, a supermarket nearby made it easy to grab essentials. The reception operates from 8 am to 8 pm, with an automatic check-in machine available outside these hours, although it's best to reserve directly with the hotel for smoother check-in. The breakfast buffet, priced at an extra 11 euros, was fantastic, and complimentary tea, coffee, water, and gummy bears were a nice touch. However, I had concerns about safety and privacy. The lock didn't seem secure, which is worrisome for solo female travelers. Moreover, cleaners entering my room at 8 am and 10 am, despite the "do not disturb" sign and before the 11 am check-out time, was disruptive and unacceptable. This aspect needs improvement for a better guest experience.

We arrived because the flight the next day from the nearest airport, routed early, clean and tidy room, comfortable bed, has a large wardrobe, we did not eat at the hotel because of the early hour....

We stayed here as we were leaving really early in the morning to fly out of Germany. Despite some people's reviews, I found it really clean and modern. We must been given one of the better rooms. Would stay here agian.

Sicuramente comodo per l'aeroporto ma situato nel nulla rispetto alla città. Camere normali, dotate di bollitore per bevande calde. La colazione non è compresa nel prezzo. Parcheggio gratuito. A piano terra sono situate le camere per chi ha ridotta mobilità. Check in automatico 24/7 con la macchinetta che parla varie lingue e rilascia una chiave magnetica da restituire al check out.
