The room is nice, but there where no amenities at the room. The check in process where smooth but the refund process no details were given to guest upon check out and u need to notify the management about your refund deposit.

Overall it was ok for one night. I wouldn’t stay for longer though due to some inconveniences. The toilet wasn’t working properly, the towels were dirty (we only used one because the other one was gross), you couldn’t close the curtains all the way and overall it could have been cleaner (papers and crumbs from previous visitors). However it’s really spacious and close to Kampung Morten, which is a really cute and traditional neighborhood.

Here for work purposes.
A legit place, they bought many units in the hotel. Although have some glitch (the room i book has got some cleanliness issue), they relocate me to another room within an hour.
Initially they asked to collect keys outside of hotel places (which a hustle to drive to people who has no car) however then they ask me to collect within the same building.
easy check in n out except for the above glitches.

Access kad sebelum check in kena ambil di tempat lain. Nak check out kena pulang semua di tempat semula. Leceh.

The room smells musty and the bathroom also smells. The host does not pick up calls and answer sms after receiving the deposit.
The desk has no chair. Not comfortable due to bad smell even though the room is spacious.
This is the first time that the host or owner does not want to answer the call. The service is not satisfactory. Answer the sms the next day when you want to checkout.
