호텔 몽 블랑 므제브

정말 훌륭한 호텔이에요. 위치가 완벽하고, 객실이 훌륭하고, 조식이 최고이고, 시설도 아주 좋지만, 이곳을 정말 특별하게 만드는 것은 직원들이에요. 직원들이 매우 환영하는 기분을 느끼게 하고, 그들에게는 지나친 것이 없습니다. 분명 다시 올 거예요. 잊지 못할 주말을 선사해 주셔서 감사합니다.

Momt Blanc 호텔은 훌륭합니다. 아내와 저는 긴 주말 휴가를 마치고 방금 돌아왔는데, Mont Blanc 호텔과 스키 리포트로서의 Megeve에 모두 반해버렸습니다. 호텔은 훌륭하고 개성과 편안함이 넘쳐납니다. 직원들은 매우 세심하고 편안한 분위기입니다. 아늑한 라운지는 편안한 숙박을 위한 분위기를 조성하고, 직원들은 레스토랑 예약, 리조트 조언에 최선을 다합니다. 위치가 완벽합니다. 메인 곤돌라에서 50m 떨어져 있고, 매력이 가득한 매우 정통적인 마을의 ​​중심부에 있습니다. 특별한 장소입니다. 객실은 아늑하고 침대는 매우 편안합니다. 아침 식사 옵션은 풍부했고 음식은 맛있었습니다. 스파는 사랑스럽고 트리트먼트는 예약하지 않았지만 전체 환경이 매우 특별합니다. 수영장/스파/사우나 구역은 훌륭하지만 개조/투자가 필요할 수 있지만 바쁜 스키 하루를 보낸 후 쉬기에 좋았습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고, 도착하는 순간부터 경영진의 질과 고객 중심을 느낄 수 있습니다. 우리가 만난 매니저, Benjamin은 특히 예의 바르고 진정한 호스피탈리티 전문가였으며, 우리의 숙박을 특별하게 만들어 줄 훌륭한 조언과 서비스를 제공했습니다. 우리는 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈고, 떠나기 전에 귀국 여행을 예약했고, 돌아갈 날이 너무 기대됩니다!!

Fabuleux or excellent, forget it. Whoever gave this review had to part of the hotel staff.Il n'y a rien d'excellent a cet hotel, du personnel jusqu'au petit dejeuner. The owner and her daughter never went to 'ecole hoteliere', a school for hotel managers. They were rude and not accomodating. If you don't come to breakfast on time, you are looking down the drain. No way they deserve 4 stars

It is a very nice hotel. Beautiful inside and out. Great location - right on the main square and about 20 meters from the Gondola to lift up for skiing, all the shopping was right there. All the amazing restaurants we’ve been to were maximum 5 minutes away walking. I give the hotel i5 stars, we had a wonderful time. The staff, I see a lot of people note that, and I agree- makes a big difference. They all seem very genuine, caring and very friendly. From the reception to the valet guys, to waiters and cleaning staff- they all behave like it is their mission to make your stay a pleasant one. It is like the hotel is owned by every one of the people who work there. The lobby and the rooms are charming and nicely appointed. The ski room is very convenient, lockers are big enough for two pairs of skis and poles and helmets. The breakfast was nice, a little more variety of food would’ve been good, but as is you can’t complain. The rooms are comfy, not too big of course, but sufficient for the price. The restaurant was good too, simple local cuisine but of high quality. The valet car parking is very good, guys are very helpful and stay ready. All you can ask for is for staff to give their best and honestly try to do the best they can and they do. I have stayed in many skiing vacation chalet hotels in the last few years, most were nice, but I couldn’t really force myself to write about them, as they didn’t inspire. This one did. Hotel Mont Blanc Megeve is an advertisement of the French alps, French hospitality and class. If I had to be picky, I would say that the spa could’ve been better, but I guess- they simply don’t have space to make pool bigger, put a steam room some place… but even that little spa- was good- clean and relaxing after a day of skiing. I feel like the owners are very good people, who care and who know how this business works, they do a very good job. Thank you for your service and all the best wishes.

we love the hotel - its location and style and staff are all wonderful ; the upgrades to the lunger / bar are very good and the restaurant too now looks much more inviting - we shall try it next time it would be great if it were possible to get more snacks and light lunches / evening food - maybe you could make the lounger area beyond the breakfast room used for that? having a nice fire burning in there would make it very inviting my only issue with the rooms is that when the heating comes on it makes the rooms very hot - so unless i remembered to turn the radiators down i would have a not so good sleep

We booked very last minute, the day before we travelled and the hotel were amazing at sorting everything out for us. They organised an amazing dog walker and ski guide, these together with the lovely staff at the hotel really made our stay. The bedrooms were beautiful, arranged around a little courtyard that the huskies loved playing in. They provided dog bowls and treats, and everyone was so dog friendly. Thankfully, there were some all day room service dishes; kids pasta, cheese board, etc. which were a life saver, as it meant we could feed hungry kids in the late afternoon/ early evening. The spa was a lovely place to relax in the afternoon/ evening, and have a swim. There was also a comfortable lounge with board games that the boys enjoyed. The location is perfect just a few steps from the ski lift, and right in the centre of Megeve. The only thing that wasn’t great was the ski rental shop the hotel recommended. It was crazy busy and took hours. However this was the first Sunday of the February half term, so the busiest day of the year. It isn’t normally like that. I would recommend the hotel recommends a quieter ski rental in town, away from the ski lift in busy periods. The only other thing that would have been great to have was French fries and chicken goujons on the room service menu for kids. We really had a lovely few days holiday at the Hotel Mont-Blanc and would love to go back
