I am surprised to read bad reviews my stay has been really good starting with the female reception staff she was very polite my check-in was very quick and easy. This hotel was definitely value for money. I found the hotel to be good despite being at a distance from the mosque which I knew before booking. According to Google maps it is around a 24 minute walk. I walked most days and to be honest it did not seem that long to me it seemed more like 15 minutes to get to Jannat Ul Baki side as that is the closest entrance this is also where the entrance for the roza is. The roads where flat but due to expansion work you have to navigate where you walk but it was not an issue for me. But if you don't wish to walk or have someone elderly the hotel provides a free shuttle service that leaves half an hour before every Salah and pick up is half an hour after every Salah. I had a triple room fairly good size looks exactly as pictures on the 5th floor, it was nice neat and clean. The Ac worked really well, their was a fridge with good cooling, kettle for coffee/ Tea lastly a television. I also had a view of the minarets from my room. Amenities wise their is a Pakistani restaurant right below the hotel plus a shop that sells gifts etc. Their is also a coffee shop, juice shop, grocery store's, pharmacy and Atm around the corner where the petrol station is. Their also is a Al Baik around 6 minute walk. If i had to give a negative it would be that the bathroom namely the sink area is a bit small but that is me really knit picking but the Wi-Fi signal definitely needs to be improved. I was on the 5th floor and it was not that good but in the reception area it was okay. So all in all I had a great stay.

They did not even talk before the 3 PM check-in time, so rude. The location is Far from Haram almost 25 mins by a walk, Hard to get a taxi from the hotel, no shuttle service by Hotel, No room service, no one clear room for 2 days, and even Iron was also not available in the room, they also denied to provide one, the only option is laundry service.

This is one of those places that can be recommended for the people there. Mr Tariq who was very helpful and accommodative with everything and to communicate in English. The two gentlemen who are driving the shuttle are very considerate and go multiple times between hotel and haram as required. The room service can improve more. The rooms are not in very good standard. The doors were like weak in the hinges, the phone wire was getting removed when you pickup the phone. The washrooms were having incompleted patch works. However these things did not bother us much because we were focused only on resting and spend little time in the rooms.

They are the cheaters I ever experienced in my life they gave me booking online and I paid everything and I got there to check in at the reception and found out they totally booked so I ended up sitting in the lobby till after midnight with my old and disabled mom on wheel chair so about 5am they came to me and ended up giving me one bed room when we did the booking for three people and me and my wife had to sleep on the floor after paying all there charges online and especially when I was exhausted from my journey coming from makkah and while we was waiting on the reception lobby Alot of other families were already there with the same problem some was even sitting on the floor and some was sleeping on the soffas like ourselves waiting to get there room if they was lucky enough and Alot of the people got there bookings cancelled from the reception and had no where to go and there was no shuttle service we get even when we get told online that they got good shuttle bus service what a liars and cheap cheaters and at last we ended up in the smelly and discussted room with a smelly un cleaned toilet and there is no room service at all and there is very rude staff and I will never make a mistake to go there again and suggest all my friends and brothers and colleagues to not to go there and don't waste your money to be at the dicusting place like this in the whole city and they don't really deserve any good remarks from anyone

my name is sadaqat ali and i work for saudi aramco. This is my worst ever experience staying in any hotel, anywhere in the world. Here is why. 1. I checked in at 2:00 am and each room cost about 5500.00 sar but dont even come close to a room half its price in cleanliness neither the service at the hotel 2. For the price of 11,100.00 sar i expected the i will get the checkout time to be late ie 3:00 pm but the reception guy said no way, checkout time is 1:00 pm and that is it. on my insisting i was told that only if manager allows , which is fine but honestly i have never stayed in such an expensive property that does not respect guests with family for late checkout 3. the room locks do not work. which means we all need to stay in one room until 7:00 am as the gentleman on the reception said this is when the locks will be fixed and i cannot leave my wife and daughter alone in rooms where locks dont work so we are stuck in one room while paying 5550 for another room unnecessarily Unfortunately your hotel is a total rip off for 11,100. sar i will write a detailed report after i go back

THE BEST IN TOWN ,, Good service and frindly staff . clean and good atmoshper i recomended to everyone , they have shuttle service from the hotel to tha haram ( in pray time ) its only 900M From haram but everything you can find it next to you
